Top 3 best sandwich spots in Scottsdale
Used to come here often when I lived nearby and always remembered it being pretty solid. Today I was in the area and decided to stop by for some nostalgia. No line and only a table of two present. Ordered the regular steak combo with self serve sweet peppers. The food came out fast, but unfortunately, the flavor just wasn’t there this time. The fries were crispy, but something still felt a bit off. Don’t want to sound too bad, even ice tea fountain drink was dispensing oddly. But same large sandwich if you opted for the regular.. easily shareable. Prices everywhere have gone up.. and let’s be real, they’re not coming down. With so many lunch options around now, I’m not sure I’d make the trip again. Just didn’t hit for me like it used to.
We came here because the ratings were decent, but then, after ordering and receiving our food, it was not worth the price we paid. 12.99 for a regular size philly cheese steak. There was barely any meat, and the bread was cold. We would've thought that the bread would've been toasted or something. It tasted good but is not worth the price you pay. For a sandwich that doesn't even come with a side and a drink (you have to pay 5.99 to add those on)
Awesome cheesesteak and fries, and plenty of banana peppers!!
Love this place
I ordered two provolone cheesesteaks with onions to go. When I got home, there were no onions in the cheesesteaks. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened. They were unaccommodating and insulting. They wanted me to drive back in 100 degree heat to bring back the sandwichs. The person in charge could barely speak English and laughed at my wife. They couldn’t even offer a credit for the two sandwiches and only offered onions on the side. What a disgrace!!! I will never go back. I am originally from Philadelphia and know what a real Philly cheesesteak is like.
WIZ WIT!!!
$45 for two combo meals is crazy. food is good, 2nd time i’ve been no customers, a combo shouldn’t be above $15
Great environment for a great meal. Ive never had a real philly and i get the stigma. A Philly is always a great sandwich. But this philly? Its to die for
Saw this place and wanted to try it out so I did, and I have to say it was pretty good besides the fact that I burned my lip on that cheese whiz that was on the sandwich of which I had ordered the Original Philly Cheese Steak sandwich.(Be careful if you bring your children here, that cheese is like liquid hot magma). I got the combo which came with a drink, Steak fries and of course the Philly Cheese Steak with grilled onions and the Whiz cheese sauce. As far as sauces they had marinara & hot sauce to which I expected more of a variety, but I want to go back and try the Italian BLT next time. Good Philly, good price, give it a try but watch the lava cheese Whiz.😇🙏

2 for 1 Philly Cheesesteak Tuesday (4p- Close) is where it's at! Good food - good price... You can't beat this deal.
Try the buffalo chicken sandwich
Good chicken cheesesteak. Fresh, tasty roll. Good cheese fries.
Always the best cheesesteaks. No one else in the valley even comes close. Sometimes there's a Rocky movie on the tube and other times it's sports, But it's always great food regardless and don't forget to ask for the one with the cheez whiz!
Very good Philly cheesesteak and Italian sub
