Great food. There was only one server when I went, so I had to wait about 30 minutes for the check.

Such good pasties! Loved the wide variety of vegan options, some very creative adaptations. Absolutely delicious, with my favorite being the vegan pot pie pasty! Also love the atmosphere and vibe of the place, the dark wood is perfect

One of the best patios! Staff is so nice. Don't miss the chicken liver pate plate. The warm toasted bread and salted perfect butter...and the nicest pickled onions. My favorite pasty is The Oggie.

Super cute spot to stop by for lunch! My fiancé and I tried the Chicken Pot Pie and Guiness pasties and ate every bite. This is a great spot for shellfish allergies as there is none on the menu, just great English pub fare!

First time here, for takeout. Chicken Pot Pie, Carne Avodava, Roast Beef Sarnie, curried potatoes...all outstanding, on time, well-packed. Aromas walking in had my mouth watering. Can't wait to return with friends to enjoy their outdoor seating.

We go to the location on Union Hills and DTPHX weekly. After both locations sold out of the vegan pot pie, we called Scottsdale to verify they had the pasty AND the gravy it comes with, the girl said they did. We drove 45 minutes, we pick it up and ten minutes into the drive, we realize they forgot the gravy and turn around. We go back in and wait ten minutes. Cody, a server finally acknowledged us, as we went to explain the missing gravy, he immediately knew what was missing and said they ran out earlier. A bit irritating that they not only allowed me to pay for it, but also failed to mention it was missing items.
He asked if we’d like a refund, we stated we would because that’s 50% of what makes the meal, the gravy that it comes with. He said he is busy and to call later and he’ll refund it over the phone. He wasn’t even the one to get tipped by us, want management, but was willing to assist.
We called three times in an attempt to reach Cody to no avail. I sent an email that also went unrecognized. I’ve emailed kudos emails twice regarding how great staff is in the past which they also don’t reply to, so I’ll take being ignored by them with a grain of salt. With no other option, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I’m a month into it and they are fighting tooth and nail with my bank over a measly $19, I finally gave up as the money must mean more to them than it does to me. It’s really disappointing that their staff is awesome, the labor seems to take ownership of situations before management, and the food is great but ownership and management sets them up to fail.

If you love pasties (British comfort food) then I can attest to these being authentic to British standards. Now if we could only get a decent Fish and Chip shop in North Scottsdale....
