The creativity and execution and presentation of the 8-course summer menu was phenomenal. The strip mall small dining room setting is a definite step below the fare. The standard wine pairing adds nicely to the experience. If you truly appreciate the taste experience that only an elite chef can deliver, you can't be disappointed.
We finally tried Course on the first weekend of the summer menu switch. We sat at the bar which gave us a great view of the restaurant, which is elegant in its simplicity. Justin the bartender was fun to watch. He is an artist, creating complex and beautiful drinks, with flavor profiles that challenge, but are so balanced. We relaxed through our evening, enjoying the conversation with all of the staff, the friendly and knowledgeable team - bonus, it was easy to carry on a conversation...
Came in for the first day of their summer menu and our first time here- couldn't recommend it enough. Our server, Corey, was phenomenal, he was patient and explained every dish beautifully. The Chilean Sea-bass alone was worth the course menu! Their drink menu is unique and definitely falls into the summer theme their food leans into, creating a nice pairing.
