Absolutely incredible. Thrilled to discover a place that does actually delicious dairy free / vegan ice cream. The theatrics of the experience is wonderful especially for kids - literally watching ice cream made from scratch. The service was prompt, place was clean and tidy Portions were huge. I’ve been to this place several times for the novelty of showing friends their unique process of making ice cream with liquid nitrogen. In addition it’s good for my vegetarian/vegan friends to find some options for a dessert that’s non dairy. I’ve had the strawberry shortcake and Carmel specialties and both were excellent. This spot is easy to get to from any of the restaurants nearby and it’s walkable from the hotels we often stay in. You can walk off your dessert easily...
