When I made reservations, I requested a booth. I have a bad back and I needed to sit on something with cushion. When I checked in, the hostess told me that we were sitting at a round table with metal chairs. I asked her to put us in a booth and she said there were nothing available. I told her I requested a booth in my reservation. Sadly, she could care less. The music is way too loud, everybody is yelling so they can be heard in the restaurant. It made the noise even more excessive....
It was very crowded. We went on a Friday night. We sat down outside. Our server was fantastic. Every employee there was fantastic and knowledgeable. The assistant manager came over and introduced himself. Talk to us for a while about how the culinary dropout got started. Great story will definitely will be back inside the bar area a lot of people and they did have a live singer, which was really nice to see.
Happy to get a reservation during a busy week in Phoenix! Pretzels w/warm cheese are a must!! The BEST fish and chips, they came out really hot, service was good. The Waterfront location is a little noisy being on such a busy road, but I would go back!
