It started as a project within a university, where gastronomy students tested ideas, but it grew so much that it is now a place with a super varied menu. They have everything: good quality ingredients and a great balance between proteins, vegetables, legumes and seeds. What makes the food special is that they prepare it in an authentic way, just like in their countries of origin. Whether it be the cozy, grounded and inspiring atmosphere (shout out to Madison and Payton) to the incredible from-scratch menus options, the attention to detail is carefully crafted at every level.
