Messed up my order. The service here is terrible, I could tell the guy is standing around at my window waiting for a tip or seeing if I'll wonder that they messed up. I m not coming back here anymore, please shut down.

Used to love Culvers food. But I can see the prices going up and the portions going down in size. I get it, tariffs, etc. But when you pay $17.99 for a 3 piece atlantic cod dinner -- got this sad thing tonight and the size of the fish is clearly different as is the quality. $17.99 now for prison quality fish sticks. That's no exaggeration. Oh well, that's the world we live in, but Culvers is off my list after eating there hundreds of times.
Quick add: As one of my sides I ordered chili -- paid extra for it and the container was less than half full. So 2 bites at best. Ordered a root beer shake, got nothing but plain vanilla. I seriously don't think anyone cares anymore.

Walked in then walked right back out. It unfortunately smelled like sewage. I thought it would clear up as we went in further. It did not. Very unpleasant.

Employees at 4 pm were just rude. I walked in gave them my name waited they then put my order all finished on a shelf and waited until I went up to them 5 minutes later and they gave me my order which was now just sitting there. Poor management.

My daughter and went after her surgery. Both burgers were done perfectly and lots of frys. One of the staff asked about my daughter's eye patch. She brought us 2 cups of chocolate desserts on the house !!!

Went there today April 29Th 11:10 AM had the new Colby double burger. The burger was cold. The cheese was not melted on top of that. It smelled like sewer when we walked in. I mentioned something to the lady behind the counter and she did not even respond… I guess I spoke to the owner behind the counter. His name was Brad. He did not even respond or care about the smell or the cold burger. They treated me like I was a nobody but being a customer and there’s a lot of other restaurants around to eat at. I will never go back to this place. Why would they be open when there is a sewer leakage in the building and people have responded two weeks ago about it and they’ve never fixed it. This is ridiculous this owner Brad is a total jerk. He never even apologized about the bad sandwich or the smell.

The food was delicious. The service was attentive. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, definitely above average for fast food. I look forward to returning.

Food is very good. However, the service is horrible, young kids working don't know the meaning of good Customer Service... I asked why is my order had taken over 20min., while other several cars behind me (while I waited in the designated area) received their orders? Mgr., looks at me like I'm asking when is next shuttle to the Moon. It's too bad good food, but this location lacks good Customer Service and I'm not talking just one visit, several and consistently poor customer service issues.
