The service was lousy the mangers on duty do not know to treat people when they screw up an order and then was rude and threw my money back at me and refuse to sell me a cup of custard because I asked to compensate me for messing up my order. They said they don't do that only give the customer what they paid. Keep in mind that I loved culvert because I go to them 2 - 3 times every week. And this picture day I spend over 30 dollars and then they did not think that should give a customer a free custard. Young people today dont know that giving a customer a free custard will at least kinda appolize for them make the mistake to start with because if had not forgotten to make sure that my order was completed I would not had to come back. Do make a mistake and think I am suppose to be happy about so me that you are sorry. Yes I was mad because no respect at all. Culvers need to be more selective in their management because they represent Culvers. Not that loss a very good customer and Jordan's one of the managers he would not give me the other managers name but she was a young girl too. Neither one deserves to be in management. And was in a very nice part of Scottsdale AZ. You never know who you may alienate by making sure every customer in happy. And believe me I was not happy camper after spending over $30 and having to drive back and get just what I paid for. It should been right the fist time. I know people make mistakes but you really have to check behind these young people because they are there just for a paycheck. And right now I still have a bad taste in my mouth and this happened last night. I hope corporate reads this because it is sad to lose a good customer over a cup of custard. CYNTHIA HOLT.

We had a great time during our lunch here on 9/10/2025. The staff were very friendly and professional. 🙌🏾 The store was immaculate both inside and outside. The restrooms were clean and well stocked with supplies. Our food was made fresh to order and was accurate. 😋 We really enjoyed our dinning experience today! Thank you Culvers team 💙

Messed up my order. The service here is terrible, I could tell the guy is standing around at my window waiting for a tip or seeing if I'll wonder that they messed up. I m not coming back here anymore, please shut down.

Used to love Culvers food. But I can see the prices going up and the portions going down in size. I get it, tariffs, etc. But when you pay $17.99 for a 3 piece atlantic cod dinner -- got this sad thing tonight and the size of the fish is clearly different as is the quality. $17.99 now for prison quality fish sticks. That's no exaggeration. Oh well, that's the world we live in, but Culvers is off my list after eating there hundreds of times.
Quick add: As one of my sides I ordered chili -- paid extra for it and the container was less than half full. So 2 bites at best. Ordered a root beer shake, got nothing but plain vanilla. I seriously don't think anyone cares anymore.

Walked in then walked right back out. It unfortunately smelled like sewage. I thought it would clear up as we went in further. It did not. Very unpleasant.

Employees at 4 pm were just rude. I walked in gave them my name waited they then put my order all finished on a shelf and waited until I went up to them 5 minutes later and they gave me my order which was now just sitting there. Poor management.
My daughter and went after her surgery. Both burgers were done perfectly and lots of frys. One of the staff asked about my daughter's eye patch. She brought us 2 cups of chocolate desserts on the house !!!
