I LOVE this “old school” Dairy Queen, the staff is super friendly and they do VOLUME. I’ve been to this location a handful of times, and as strange as it sounds I appreciate how busy they are on Sunday nights, it’s a throwback, and in a place that sometimes feels like a sea of strip malls it reminded me of the DQ close to my hometown in IL.

The service I got here was horrible. Apart from the fact that the cashier did not mark down 2 combos. When asked if the order can be corrected I was told I had to buy both combos again even though I had already paid $56.38??? The place is run by grumpy old people whos main focus is making ice cream NOT RUNNING A RESTAURANT. Would not recommend. Bathrooms are also very icky and dirty

Regardless of food quality or line wait, was pleased to see the professionalism and awareness of staff member named Avery. She took a large order perfectly and then went and helped with prep work with her team. Just a shout out to the up and coming employees of this generation. Thanks for caring,

Had trouble with new coupon for blizzard. They wouldn't honor it on my APP- barcode appeared but not special numbers below.I had to pay full price - that's bad customer service.
This place was last remodeled 47 years ago when it was built. Lmfao. No realistically, it apparently had a minor remodel where they put in a second bathroom at some point. But you'd think that in the middle of covid when they were forced to close, they would have been like, hey? We're not going to lose any business. We are forced to be closed. Let's at least remodel a little bit!!! However, it looks like they went a completely lazy, totally different way. The food is what you would expect from dairy queen, the staff is very polite and very friendly. However, this place has never been remodeled ever and is just gross in how old it is. It either needs a remodel or demolishment. ?
