Worker was friendly but manager was extremely rude. ( her name was something like “Leesee”. Several errors in communication between what was ordered and what was served which seemed to be due to the managers interference throughout placing our order. I asked if i could get the dilly bars out of the freezer after we were done with our u e cream so that they wouldnt melt—- was told yes by the worker and then the manager said she already had them in the back freezer for me.The order (of five boxes of dilly bars) was charged wrong and the manager ( who at this point was acting as if it was MY mistake) very rudely and obviously frustrated fixed the dollar amount. She thought i had ordered all Buster bars. So she had me get them out if the freezer—- for the second time. I was trying to be nice by offering to buy another box if it helped the situation—- the whole time trying to keep my ice cream come from melting all over my hand. It was a less than pleasant experience. Spent over $100 there today but will not be returning to this location ever again.

Kid had bad attitude and was rude to his coworkers and kept complaining how he it didn’t to be there… makes an awkward environment for customers it’s a probably pretty embarrassing for the company too.

Worst service ever!! Went in and we ordered a blizzard but changed my mind as soon as I ordered it. And the owner snapped at me and said " this is the last time I change this for you!" Really snarky. I wouldn't of just walked out but I had taken my little niece for a treat and she was super excited. I would get it if I changed my order more than once or if they had made it but they she had just finished tipping it in and I know it wasn't made. The owner is always so mad for being there and is always rude. I will stop going to this dairy Queen for sure. And I am sure a lot of people have done the same because it's not as busy as it used to be

Extremely horrible experience. I've never in my life been to a work place where there is screaming and yelling to a song playing by the workers this was the most horrific experience i've encountered!!! Management where are you???? this children act like they are 10 years old and give no interest in doing there job. If you can avoid this place please do! MANAGEMENT WHERE ARE YOU???
The kids working here unsupervised is really concerning. You basically have to beg to be served upon entry into the building. None of them acknowledge you and take FOREVER. I have been coming here for years and have never seen a manager or anyone over the age of 18 working here. Is anyone in charge? These kids need a wake up call.

They closed way earlier than their posted store and their advertised hours online. They turned me and 3-4 other customers away at the same time at about 10:45 on a Saturday despite posting 11pm.

Super sad experience. The older, dark haired, lady working the register was grouchy. She did not acknowledge me or my order request. After calling her out that she spelled my child's name wrong on the ice-cream cake I purchased. She was unapologetic and gaslighted me. Not only was the spelling incorrect but her choice of colors clashed. I'm writing this in hopes the owner reviews it. Their phone has been ringing busy all morning.

This Dairy Queen absolutely smells horrible. They seriously need to clean the floors with a mop that’s not soured and use a bunch of sanitizer- I hope it’s from a dirty mop and not some odor emanating from the kitchen/prep area.
