This is the worst Denny's I have ever been to for starters coffee was cold,took 10mins for a vanilla milkshake,pancakes were cold,eggs rubbery sausage and bacon so hard we couldn't eat it,Mac and cheese dry Grandchilds salad took 30mins to be placed on the table well after the cold food arrived.Chicken fried steak nasty no seasonings gravy cold have film on top from sitting up for a while had my French fries end up on my lap Due to poor service ask to speak with the manager and some Short waitress came over and tried to rectify the situation but All the Cook did when we sent it back was put the food in the microwave when taking our food back they took the silverware with the food and left us to eat with our hands or Plastic Denny's use to be my favorite place to eat but after today not ever again.If I could give them minus 50 stars I would.So if you are in a mixed relationship and don't speak the Spanish language then you don't fit in this Denny's criteria.JUST SAD.MANAMENT NEVER CAME TO TALK TO US EITHER.I AM CONTACTING CORPORATE OFFICE ON THIS MATTER.

When traveling, I tend to eat at a Dennys because of their hours. Usually, food and service are average. What a surprise this location was. Superb service, food cooked exactly as I requested, Manager personable and friendly, bathroom spotless. The parking lot is a bit of a challenge to access, but otherwise, the best Dennys I've been to in many, many years.

I was just there on Super Bowl Sunday night personally I didn’t see any kind of effort to make sure we needed anything. The waiter barely came by our table and the restaurant was empty maybe 4 other people eating while we were there. Our food was plain no flavor the chicken was burnt and the fries were also burnt. I was very sad to say that Dennys on the west side was better than this.
Not one time not two times not even three times more than ten times I have gone to this place for a pick up order and they don’t cook the food. They cook one side of the bacon. They don’t cook the hashbrowns. It taste like frozen food. I don’t understand it. When will you guys get some cooks that know how to cook because this food is trash, absolute trash

Yes I was currently working at this location Christine the District Manager gave me so much trouble to get access to my paystubs until I showed her the google search results that's it's illegal to refuse to help her employees access to their paystubs. We switched to Paycor in the beginning of the year but I told her I also need my paystubs from ADP she's calls me and was very rude saying I been bugging her about well of course I let her know the seriousness of my needing my paystubs I stay in one of CBI INC shelter's I had already was violated for 24 hours meaning I couldn't find on the property for 24 hours and why because I didn't have the paystubs they been hounding for I was at risk of being homeless and the District Manager still didn't do anything to help get access to my paystubs until I screenshot the google search results and now I'm having trouble getting through to payroll to see about My paystubs from 2024 and my last check I addressed District Manager Christine and her response was I missed alot of days she doesn't know what I'm talking about yes she does so I screenshoted her paystub for the week of 1/15/25- 1/28/25 and next thing I know I'm getting a call from District Manager Christine and when I answered right away I'm being told rudely I'm bugging she's not in office she's at home but wait a it was only no more than 2 hours time difference from when she reached out and told me to go ahead and try the paycor app again and what do you know easy peasy all of a sudden it's crazy what a screenshot text of google search results for an employer refusing to assist with helping her employee get access to her paystubs. Prior I had already submitted a complaint To Labor Board over this situation it shouldn't have came to that. I advise stay away from that location I've heard of her before I ended up working and it was all bad. She's not professional at all power trip and petty very petty well look my check has yet to be deposited
