Service is soooo bad. Everyone Ignored us, no one even smiles at you. And we sat down and no one waited on us or brought us a water. We left after 15 minutes. Very disappointing as this is in a Hilton hotel.

I don’t understand why you would serve just frozen food and deep fry it? Tasted like getting chicken tenders from Burger King. This is a Scottsdale restaurant? Sad for Hilton that these are your food standards. Off a busy main road, not great vibes. Would definitely not go back.

Caroline took great care of us— she really provided stellar service and made every effort to accommodate my food restrictions, which I really appreciated!! Our food came out COLD the first time but they remade it and while it took quite some time, it came out delicious and exactly what we hoped for. Caroline kindly took great care of us while we waited and we highly recommend her as a server!

Food was excellent for any restaurant, and among the best hotel restaurant I've experienced. Entire family agreed that the steak nachos were the best nachos we've ever had.

The bartenders were really nice and easy going. Food is not bad considering it is a in house restaurant at the Hilton. Love the bacon fat popcorn and nachos. Crispy pork belly was really good too.

I enjoyed my time at Deser Pony Tavern. The decor and layout was nice, and the live music (Friday night) was great. My wife and I shared the artichoke dip appetizer, the king salmon dinner, and the pasta dish. Everything was well made and delicious, and I would gladly partake again. The only criticism that I have is that the beer/draft selection was pretty boring. Most of it was domestic lagers, which is fine but not something that I want to pay $10 to have.

Our waiter forgot to put in 1/2 our order. Never filled water glasses. The restaurant was a normal level of busy, the food was good when we all finally got it. Service was terrible, would not return.

Here on a business trip. Didn't plan on eating here but we saw someone eating the organic chicken and it looked delicious. And, it was! Great service and really a nice place for dinner, even if you're not staying there.
