Ribs were super dry!!! So disappointing! Also the Mac and cheese was tasteless and I was given no silverware nor napkins in a to go bag.. and I was literally on my lunch break. I went n parked somewhere cozy to eat and to my surprise I had to come back to work to get all that I needed: did I mention the ribs were cold!!
Edit: Editing original review of 1 star to 3 because after five months and countless emails my gift card balance was restored. The corporate website contact section never got me a response but the Yelp review didOriginal: I have spent the last four months trying to contact corporate and gotten no response. I bought a gift card and I tried to use it in May, but the website didn't let me finish paying for the order but it still wiped the gift card funds. My order never went through...read full review
