Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row

We visited Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row in Scottsdale for the Nebraska football watch party, and it rocked. We made a last-minute reservation with Mike, the GM, who went out of his way to accommodate a special request and personally greeted us upon arrival. Great hospitality! The atmosphere was fire, the crowd was awesome, and the service was top-notch. It was our first visit, but definitely not our last. Whiskey Row nailed it and GBR!

Shai was outstanding. The place was packed for the Husker game, but somehow we never had to wait for food or beer. Outstanding service.

Top-Notch Experience at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Scottsdale! We went to Whiskey Row for the first time to catch the Go Big Red Nebraska football watch party, and it could not have been a better experience. We had friends visiting from out of town and made a last-minute reservation with Mike, the GM, who went above and beyond to accommodate a special request. He not only made it happen but also personally greeted us when we arrived, a rare and genuine touch of hospitality these days. The atmosphere was electric, the Nebraska crowd was incredible, and the entire staff made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Between the incredible energy, top-notch service, and Mike's attention to detail, it was an A+ experience all around. We'll definitely be back for future games. Whiskey Row has officially earned a spot as our go-to game day spot in Scottsdale!

We were so excited to go to Dierks Bentley in Scottsdale to watch the Broncos game. It wasn't incredibly busy so we thought Service would be solid. We thought wrong. Food was good, but they were out of wings. What bar runs out of wings on a Sunday during a major football event? They charged us to 4% fee just to be there and then of course another 3% to pay with our debit card. They serve the beer in plastic cups because they were “short on glasses “. Then they overcharged us for the beer.  We will not be going back.

We had a very poor experience. Tap system was not working, several food menu items were not available. The air-conditioning was blowing full blast in the booth seating making it almost unbearable to enjoy the meal. Of course, there was no manager available that would engage us in an attempt to fix the situation or even acknowledge the situation.

Bartenders are adding extra tips to credit card receipts. I tipped $6 and they decided they wanted $10 instead and added extra to the tip. They’re counting on you being too drunk to notice, but it was my one and only drink of the night and I wrote down what I I tipped on my copy of the receipt. I’ll be filing a police report. It’s not about the $4, it’s about the snake behavior.

BEWARE ⚠️ This place is a scam. The waitress ran up my tab without me knowing and even tried to claim she gave my card back when she didn’t. The manager refuses to return my calls about the overcharge, and I had to get my bank involved to dispute the charges. After looking into it, I found several other reviews with the exact same issue. Do NOT go here unless you want to be scammed.

Food was delicious! Bartenders, Servers, and host are friendly. Service was good. Band was great. Not much room dancing, which was okay. Avoid ordering drinks that need mixed/made. Ordered mai tai, received something completely different, server replaced that for a moscow mule and there was no ginger beer in that. Bartender did add ginger beer after visiting the bar. Host girls gave advice on other bar atmospheres and location. Overall great time.

Great spot! Service was awesome, waitresses were 🔥, drinks were delicious. We watched the Canello vs Crawford fight there and had a blast!

2nd visit to Whiskey Row and it didn't disappoint. We were there early and they were happy to see us. Drinks were delivered quickly and food delivered just as fast. The waitress checked on us frequently and the manager came by to greet us as well. I recommend the Southern BBQ chicken loaded fries for an appetizer!
