Arrived at 3:30, doors were locked.. staff was inside but would not acknowledge me standing at the door.. notice on the doors stated open till 4pm.

Been frequenting this place for years - not sure I'll be back. Charging 85 cents if you want mayo on your sandwich is beyond ridiculous.

I was so excited to eat my salad I ordered today. I ordered it specifically without walnuts as i am allergic. When I got home and opened the salad there was an absurd amount of walnuts in the salad. Its super disappointing and also concerning that they wouldn't listen to an allergen request like that. Can't touch the salad so it's a complete waste.

This has to be the SLOWEST place I’ve ever been to. And the lack of customer service skills is horrible. I asked for an Italian soda with very light cream and strawberry flavor. They gave me a cup of soda water and cream only. This is ridiculous seriously.

Peanut butter breakfast

I ordered the humanitarian with the chix fix but there was no pesto or feta in the wrap. I ordered the cali breakfast sandwich and there was no bacon and very little turkey. I was surprised because the old town location is amazing and this one failed. The breakfast buzz tasted good but for all I know it probably didn’t have espresso or protein in it based off the other missing ingredients in what I ordered lol. Spent over $30
Edit: the owner that responded is trying to discredit my review by acting like I was someone else that probably also had a bad review. My name is Megan not Helen. And there were little exchange of words with the service staff at all because I ate this at home. My interaction with the staff was someone telling me “happy Friday” and I said “thanks you too” and left.

Based on my recent experience yesterday, I would give a 1 star. But because I do believe this location tries to do their best, and most of the times they do, I have had a few situations recently, with poorly /rushed made vegan smoothies, that were runny gross liquids not blended entirely, milk used instead of almond milk, and a broccoli salad that had the entire salad dressing bottle dumped into it. Also, I was given the larger size , on more than one occasion when I ordered the 16 oz. Their smoothies are now close to $10. Also, sourdough toast that comes out like soggy bread instead of toast likely because the staff are rushed or understaffed. You shouldn’t have to repeatedly ask for your toast to be toasted!
It seems to depend on which new employee is behind the blender, or running the kitchen.
. I called yesterday to ask for a refund for the smoothie and was left on hold for 10 min. Called this morning , the manager, Jesse, told me to call back later when he has time as I had to yell over a blender in my ear. Now is that a Way to treat a regular customer? Hence, the importance of being staffed up properly so mangers can actually manage!
I told him I’m not calling back again, and to please handle it and refund the purchase, on my card. The location on Via Linda is a big step above the rest. So yeah, I’m not the problem.

It’s really good, I just wish they would pay better attention to orders. The girls who take my order seem to just make up what size I want even though I specify every time. I order by oz and then she just charges me for 3 32oz smoothies??? I don’t understand how there is confusion, try listening.

Such tasty menu items to select! There is something about the way they do the eggs in the various sandwiches that is amazing ? ? The dining area at this store is neat and well arranged... staff was helpful ????

Food was tasty enough that I can forgive that given the portion sizes, this place is a tad overpriced.

I love d'Lite Healthy Food On The Go! Their service is super fast, the staff is always so kind, and the food always tastes so fresh. I love the sweet beet salad as well as the humanitarian wrap. I will say, I did try to order a hot coffee here a few weeks ago, and the employee who took my order said that they do not have hot coffee, but the menu online does say hot coffee is available. Other than that downfall, d'Lite is quite delightful!

I love it, really good food and relax place to enjoy and wonderful and hard worked staff. Shut out for the lady was a the cashier. She was wonderful.
