On 7/31/25 I made a drive thru order and the employee who took payment from me also took the liberty of leaving herself a tip without my consent. I guess she needed that $2.04 more than I did. Sadly - I did not notice this until today or I would have addressed this in another way directly with the employee. Did not catch her name but I won’t be back.

Love my breakfast buzz. Also a big fan of the breakfast burrito with chicken sausage.

I ordered an egg & cheese bialy and got a rotten egg which made me ill a couple of months ago. I reached out to the manager, sent them a picture of the green egg, and received a refund on a gift card and was told the problem would be fixed. I tried going through the drive thru today but no one was there and there wasn’t any closed signs on the drive thru menu board or the front door. So I called the location on Shea and they were open. Drove 10 minutes over there, I ordered a traditional breakfast burrito. I finished half of the burrito when I bit into what tasted like a rotten egg. I spit it out immediately and found a discolored, foul smelling egg. How is this place still in business? I will never return to any location.

Very expensive for a small sandwich. You can get a full meal elsewhere for the same price. Even adding mayo is extra. Don’t recommend and will not be back.

I go the drive through at location often, but today The teenage/twenty something girl with pink hair, facial piercings was so rude, I wont be going back.
It seems she was having a bad day, or hates her job & wanted everyone to know by the way she acted toward customers.

I’ll be going to one stop for shakes from now on. There I dont get scowled at or have my shake shoved at me without a response when i say a cheerful thank you. These shakes are too overpriced to be served with a side of bad attitude by a grumpy employee.
