Domino's Pizza

Called in my order got here and they have nothing for me.

Great food, service and people! Thank you so much!!!

So after a long 13hr day, I was starving and had a taste for pizza. Quick, easy, pick up, home in 5mins. I have had great experiences with Dominos in the past but I don’t utilize this location. After arriving home, I opened my buffalo chicken wings first.. I was disappointed by the initial presentation. I’m used to the other locations wings being “dipped” and covered in sauce.. this location it appears “drizzles” the sauce. My Pizza looked ok. I guess it is a sign of the times

Taste: chicken-rubbery, tasteless, no sauce.

I will continue to utilize this Brand, but i will go to my regular store. It’s 10mins out of my way, but their quality has never let me down.

Went to have pizza& beer could not sit where we wanted.1 table was all that was there.This place so poor business.Vitos awesome

It is march 3rd, 2025 at around 1030pm. I just ate the best goddamn pizza I have ever had in my 45 years. And I've had a bunch of pizza. I'm not sure who made that bad boy but i want to shake that person's hand. Thank you. I mean it... Best single pizza I have ever had. I ate the whole thing easily.

One would expect a certain level of quality from Domino's, a clean establishment, and friendly staff. But this Domino's failed on all accounts. Made an online order for pickup and when we arrived our order was made improperly and when we asked if they could make our order as we placed it, we were rudely chided at by the manager and told they would not remake it. We refused the food after looking at the condition of the kitchen area and debated about calling health services. Think we dodge a bullet to the stomach but not our wallet. We will never order from here or another Domino's ever.

Ordered bone-in wings. The WORST ever!!! Will NOT be ordering from Domino's, again. Wings were pale yellow, soft, and mushy!!! Sauce drizzled on !??

Dear Domino’s Customer Service,

I’m writing to express my concerns about repeated negative experiences with Angel, the manager at your Scottsdale rd location, which have significantly impacted our decision to discontinue using your services for events and parties.

During a recent party we hosted, there was a misunderstanding about a charge. The parents showed proof of payment, but Angel responded by yelling at them over the phone, using extremely unprofessional language. He even threatened to call the police and stated that they would be banned from placing orders with any Domino’s location. Feeling pressured, the parents eventually paid twice to receive their order.

As a party planner who frequently coordinates events, I was shocked by his behavior. Since then, I’ve continued to place orders at this location, but every interaction with Angel has been unpleasant. He has been consistently rude, and on multiple occasions, he put me on hold for 30-40 minutes once I mentioned the delivery location. When I finally spoke to him and expressed my frustration, his response was, “It’s not my job to take orders – do it online or through the AI system.” When I explained that I needed to be precise with business orders, he dismissed my concerns and put me back on hold. REFUSING TO TAKE MY ORDER.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on your brand. Due to these experiences, we have decided to switch to Pizza Hut, where we have received respectful and efficient service. I am disappointed to have to make this change, as we previously enjoyed ordering from Domino’s. We order weekly and spend at least $100.

I believe this feedback is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and hope you will address this matter accordingly. If needed, I am willing to provide further details about these incidents.

It's domino's. What else can I say about the food. Great staff, really nice and polite. Extremely friendly.
