This Dunkin donuts location disappointing as many staff that is in there I would understand if you didn't have a lot of staff and you guys are super busy but literally just for hash browns me and my fiance waited about more than 8 minutes on that and for me to get them and they're burnt and one eaten I just throw them out I will not be going back and you're drinks are not even strong either it's like you guys put more ice and water then there is even coffee very disappointed in this location 😕

Why open at 5 o’clock with nothing ready maybe you should open at 6 o’clock or come in at 4:30 don’t claim to be open and have to wait 40 minutes for a bagel come on do better

I have been to Dunkin' Donuts twice. In the last 2 weeks, both times I had to repeat myself at the menu board. I asked for 2 iced mocha lattes. And got iced lattes. I asked for 25 munchkins chocolate and I get a mixed. This Dunkin' Donuts is close to my house. But if I have to, I'll go down the Indian bend to another one. I had better service at Dunkin' Donuts when it was at Scottsdale road in Mckillips before they closed it. I know no one at Dunkin' Donuts will read this, but this is my opinion.

All the Ladies at this Dunkin.Donuts are Amazing. The Manager is a good friend of mine abs she is a Good Manager.
This is by far the worst dunkin in az the customer service is non existent I put a online order 35 mins before I get there and its not ready and no one asks you if your waiting or anything they just stare at you or hide in the back. Horrible location

I really didn’t need a doughnut anyway. But thanks for ignoring me and paying attention to your drive-through more than a walk-in customer. I was the only person in the entire place. What has happened to service anymore? Pointless.
Update… Ended up going to Bosa down the street. Different scenario. Highly recommend them.
