I have been to Dunkin' Donuts twice. In the last 2 weeks, both times I had to repeat myself at the menu board. I asked for 2 iced mocha lattes. And got iced lattes. I asked for 25 munchkins chocolate and I get a mixed. This Dunkin' Donuts is close to my house. But if I have to, I'll go down the Indian bend to another one. I had better service at Dunkin' Donuts when it was at Scottsdale road in Mckillips before they closed it. I know no one at Dunkin' Donuts will read this, but this is my opinion.

This is by far the worst dunkin in az the customer service is non existent I put a online order 35 mins before I get there and its not ready and no one asks you if your waiting or anything they just stare at you or hide in the back. Horrible location

I really didn’t need a doughnut anyway. But thanks for ignoring me and paying attention to your drive-through more than a walk-in customer. I was the only person in the entire place. What has happened to service anymore? Pointless.
Update… Ended up going to Bosa down the street. Different scenario. Highly recommend them.

Stood at the counter for 12 minutes before the employees even acknowledged me . 6am and had very few choices for doughnuts.
Waited for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Store employee had very rude attitude once I spoke up.

Very disappointed! Stopped by at 7:40 in the evening and asked if they had any donuts but they were cleaning up 20 minutes early. They close at 8:00. I was hungry for a donut so that's why I left a review because if they say they close at 8:00 they should close at 8:00.

This place had terrible service 6 months ago had my order thrown at me they have since restarted new people and this morning at 530am I get the window shit in my cause I was smoking in my vehicle I put it out, there are no signs and the extremely rude employee in a very nasty tone closes the windows says you can't smoke in the drive thru. When they came back I apologize and she remained dead silent. Look there a right way and the wrong to do things. Your in a customer service industry being just a little nicer goes a long way I stopped going there for 6 months refused my family to go there we eat out every morning all 4 of us DD is 800 feet from my house, so again guess we are going to Einstein Bagels moving forward also the owners are unreachable and managers never available or put it back on the owners. Then the website says independently owned and corporate won't do anything. There also no working number for this location. This place is always like this. Apparently they don't care about customer service.

I don’t understand how this Dunkin is still in business or why I still attempt to go here. The last three times I’ve been here before noon they have been out of donuts and bagels. I received the wrong order every time and each time the hashbrowns and bacon taste like they were cooked in chemicals and extremely burnt.. extremely disgusting!!
