This location NEVER has the variety of donuts it advertises. Isn't the chocolate glazed or regular glazed donuts the basic type??? If anyone is looking for good quality donuts with adequate variety that can actually fulfill their orders, visit Bosa Donuts or Krispy Creme.

The worse customer service in drive thru Stay away… far away from this place. Ordered only a pumpkin hot coffee. When I got to the window the rude female employee stated the wrong order to me. Then the nasty attitude when I said I only wanted coffee. She starts yelling at me that she’s busy and I felt like I was a burden instead of a customer. When I said I only wanted my coffee. She slammed the widow in my face. Upon leaving w/0 coffee I called to talk to Manager … she put Distrct Manager on phone Jose was unprofessional and told me there r other DD I could go to. Went on about how coffee shops r shutting down and gave StarBucks as an example . He ranted about the economy and how much his food order for his family has increased. When I redirected him to the issue of a rude employee and poor customer service he said I should go to a different DD… Amazing that he is a District Manager Tried to call Corporate when I got home More bad news … looong waits many attempts only to get a heavy accent person… asked for someone else Was hung up on

I ordered 2 items: a croissant and a sandwich with egg and bacon. They got the croissant right but they gave me a sandwich with eggs and burnt tater tots. I did not get a receipt for the order either so I could not bring it back to show to the manager. Had to repeat my order at least 3 times in the drive thru speaker. They repeated back the right order after a few times but still got the order wrong.

Best run Dunkin in Scottsdale! I’m fully aware that there are reviews here and state the exact opposite. I have been here 3 times so far and they always been fully stocked with all varieties of donuts and the service has been excellent. They even throw in free stuff when there is any delay or hiccups in service. Maybe I just got lucky all 3 times.

Walked in at 9:36 on a Sunday morning, nobody came to take out order until 9:56. There was one person ahead of us, just getting a doughnut and coffee. I guess this place priorities are the drive thru. As usual with this location, they were pretty much out of doughnuts. My recommendation is to skip this place and find a Bossa Doughnuts, the have better food and way better service.

This team is truly one of the best! I had the pleasure of being helped by two outstanding team members, a kind, tattooed gentleman and a wonderful Native American woman, both around middle age. They were incredibly attentive, quick, and made sure my order was not only done fast but absolutely perfect. I only wish I had their names so I could thank them personally, they both deserve to be recognized for their amazing service! (This was a Monday morning 6/9/25) please acknowledge them!
