came here in the afternoon to get donuts, and they literally had no donuts to buy

Not what they used to be. Terribly disappointed in the quality of the donuts. I remember getting excellent donuts from Dunkin in Connecticut. These were tiny, stale, and too expensive.

I just want to give a warm thank you to the guy with the beard and the staff that were closing and opened the drive thru window and helped me and my mom after she picked me up from surgery across the street. Their kindness was nothing short of a miracle. I needed a hot tea to soothe my throat and we got the last vanilla frosted donut for my little boy in the back seat yelling he wants a donut. Thank you so much for your kindness, it made such a difference in my life that day when I needed it the most. Happy Holidays! Also I read the other reviews…I’ve been inside this location and they always got my order right and were literally the most friendly staff I’ve ever met. The older gentleman I call “Dunkin Donuts Santa!” Thank you for your service and for staying open to help me in a desperate time.

Can Dunkin just close this location?
It’s the worst location, had been for years. I always avoid it because either my coffee will taste disgusting, or something will be messed up.

I had no option to go somewhere else today, and the workers were in the back blasting music and talking, not acknowledging a customer was waiting 10+ minutes for them to order. I mean, we’ve all worked in fast food… this is not acceptable. Just close this location or stop hiring people that don’t want to work! Thanks!

Don't waste time going to this location, they never have any of the items, consistently make coffee incorrectly, and do nothing to try and fix it. There's another one at Talking Stick that does better in all those categories. This one should just close since they consistently never have anything in stock, won't give refunds, and are abysmal at customer service.

This location is always out of donuts - here’s a novel idea “MAKE MORE DONUTS”! It’s not rocket science people.

This location is either understaffed or not properly managed. Twice in two weeks, this location did not have any donuts nor packaged coffee. Read that again. A Dunkin Donuts ran out of donuts by 11:30am on a Saturday and had no packaged coffee at 2:30pm a week later.

After being told by the shift manager working the drive-thru they were unable to fulfill my mobile app order for packaged coffee, I shared my frustration with my previous week’s experience of not being able to get the two Halloween-themed donuts the week before and he seemed to justify both experiences by telling me “We actually don’t have any donuts right now. We have plenty of donuts early in the morning, but we just can’t keep making donuts all day,” and told me about how they used to throw away tons of donuts years before but don’t anymore because they simply stop making them earlier in the day. I swear I was in some SNL skit.

He then said the manager was responsible for ordering supplies, and didn’t, which was why there was no packaged coffee at that time either.

Prior to that, I had several issues with poor or just unprofessional service, twice having the rep responding to the drive thru ordering speaker tell me “Give me a minute,” before I even said anything.

I’ve decided to just no longer go to this Dunkin’ Donuts. Ive rarely had a good experience and it seems as if the manager is not training his staff to know when to start making more donuts, so there is always inventory during most normal business hours, nor update inventory to show out of stock items on the app to prevent users from placing orders for item only to be disappointed when they arrive to learn they don’t have them.

There also needs to be some basic training on how to deal with customers who politely share frustrations, especially for failing to meet the basic expectations of having donuts at 11:30am for a store with the name donuts in the title, or always having packaged coffee for a store whose primary product is coffee.

Further frustrating efforts are the completely “not my problem” attitude of the staff when issues arise. When I learned they didn’t have the Halloween donuts for my kids, there was no apology or offer to make me donuts to replace them. It’s always just “Yep, we don’t have your stuff. And we can’t give you your refund. You’ll have to use the app to request one.”

I always say you’re never gonna have a perfect experience all the times when dining out, but the way of restaurant responds to an issue is so important to me, and this Dunkin’ Donuts always seems to just fall.l short.

Unfortunately this store is understaffed. I waited for my order for about 30 minutes and did not get my order. Salad and go is a much better option for a good and fast breakfast

We ordered on the Dunkin' app to pick up through the drive thru... pulled up to the intercom and sat there for 5 minutes with no service. Pulled around to the window and the employee working, after a few more minutes, finally came up and immediately yelled at us for skipping the intercom. He then yelled at us because they were out of the pumpkin munchkin holes we had ordered, and that we would have to cancel the order through the app and replace it. He was not going to give us the two drinks we ordered, either. He told us to have a good day and slammed the window shut. We sat there because even if they're out of the donut holes, we still wanted our coffee. He came back and continued to yell at us, and again said we would need to cancel our order and redo it, and if we did a Doordash order we would have to come in. My partner tried to tell him multiple times that we ordered it through the Dunkin' app, but he was argumentative and yelling. I asked if we could just have our coffees, we didn't care about the donut holes, and finally he realized that we had a mobile order via the app and gave us our two drinks. After that entire hassle, it turns out they still made one of our hot latte as an iced latte. Don't waste your time coming here.

On 09/18 I was helped out by the sweetest people, a younger girl & an older gentleman! The interaction from the beginning was amazing, and definitely above & beyond. The charm the older gentleman had by far made by morning. And the girl went above and beyond in customer service! I will be returning to this location simply because of the interaction!

When asked if we could get some water cups the man at the window said we could use the hose out back…… didn’t end up ordering because he was so rude.

the gentleman working today, by himself, deserves a raise for working alone on Fourth of July. He was quick, efficient, kind & courteous.
