I don’t normally go to dunkin. I came here at the request of someone else. Idk if this was ann off day or something but it was busy! Ordered flavored coffees, an isn’t and food. Got up to the drive through window and they read off a completely different order from mine. I told them my actual order and they looked puzzled and panicked. 10 minutes later while still at the window they give me my food, then I was sitting there and they asked what else I was waiting on. (My drinks) got them and drove off. Didn’t think to try them till I got home, but there was NO FLAVOR. I should’ve just stuck with starbs 😭😭😭

I would like to formally commend Rashaun and Jauss for their exceptional, outstanding, and truly phenomenal customer service. Every time I visit, these two individuals consistently go above and beyond to provide a warm, courteous, and welcoming experience.

Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication do not go unnoticed, and it’s a pleasure to interact with them each time. They are shining examples of what excellent customer service should look like.

called there several times during the day no one answered the phone the following week I called several times 2 days no one answered the phone. I tried another store they picked up I ask about getting several dozen donuts ahead of tme or just walk in he say I could pre order but couldn't guaranteed they would get done. He said I work at the frank lolyd Wright store. Wow I just called there couldn't get threw.he said I know they are slamed...huh..I just hung up...dunk donuts suck. Just for people to lazy to make coffee at home

Order in drive-thru was messed up. Was given the wrong coffee and the cup was only about 2/3 full. I went inside and politely asked for a refund and the employees went from zero to mind boggling rude and was told to take my refund and leave. Not sure why your employees are all pissed off all the time but I'll never go back.

This place always will go above and beyond for their loyal and patient customers who can speak up if there's a problem and encourage the staff (who need raises) to have fun making the drinks. The manager operates this phenomenal customer service place to the highest quality and standard. Headquarters in the east coast would be proud! Thank you.

Completely empty store, and I did a mobile order 16 minutes prior. I had to wait 5 minutes after I got there for it, and my cup was half empty. Will not be coming back to this location.

Without doubt the most mismanaged restaurant in the country. After botching up- leaving out items & and serving undercooked bacon- I went back to get it squared away. They are both understaffed and poorly trained (inept) . Can you believe that the 2 blueberry muffins they left out of my first trip, were replaced with the wrong item (almond croissants) . My bad for not checking the bag. !!Avoid this one!!

Unless you have all day to sit around and wait for your food, then don’t go here. I know this is a retirement area but come on now you guys can do a little bit better on getting out your drinks and food.

I just wanted to give a shout out to your very pleasant server/cashier (I didn’t get his name but he was so sweet and customer focused!) . After leaving the drive through at De’Lite , right next to you guys, frustrated with the rudeness of their order taker and their speaker issues , I rolled into Dunkin’. A simple expresso shot with ice and a perfectly toasted sourdough bread with butter came out quickly , perfectly and with a smile and brief customer conversation. The way employees react and respond to customers is directly related to management and how they are treating their staff, generally. 5 star today in customer experience, service, food quality and efficiency! Thank you ? ?
