Soooo over 20 minutes in the drive though for coffee and doughnut holes... finally get to the window... no donut holes, a coffee too hot to drink, and a rude window worker... but thats the service you get when the entire place only has 2 people working a breakfast shift.... its been ~10 mins and the coffee is still scorching hot hahahaha

I order a drink to be made with non dairy milk because I can’t have dairy. They made my drink with dairy milk and it made me extremely sick. This is not acceptable. Some people order non dairy products because they physically can’t have dairy.

This location takes forever. We specifically tried to order ahead of time using the app knowing this location is slow only to get an order placed for 3 donuts which should take about 2 minutes (more like 15 seconds) to carefully put them in a bag. The order took 12 minutes. Probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Dunkin needs to have a donut only line. They probably need to hire more people as well as this shows a pure lack of employee management. We had to ask to make our online order that was set as asap. Not good Dunkin. The donuts tasted good but now the kids are late for school.

Update 9/19
Ordered 3 donuts on way to this location. The app warned me that if I ordered it would be ready too early and that I should wait. I ordered anyway and set a stopwatch on my phone. When we arrived it had been 12 minutes. My kids went it store and it wasn’t ready. This time they were not even busy when we arrived. Why order ahead of time if we have to wait.

I don’t normally go to dunkin. I came here at the request of someone else. Idk if this was ann off day or something but it was busy! Ordered flavored coffees, an isn’t and food. Got up to the drive through window and they read off a completely different order from mine. I told them my actual order and they looked puzzled and panicked. 10 minutes later while still at the window they give me my food, then I was sitting there and they asked what else I was waiting on. (My drinks) got them and drove off. Didn’t think to try them till I got home, but there was NO FLAVOR. I should’ve just stuck with starbs 😭😭😭

called there several times during the day no one answered the phone the following week I called several times 2 days no one answered the phone. I tried another store they picked up I ask about getting several dozen donuts ahead of tme or just walk in he say I could pre order but couldn't guaranteed they would get done. He said I work at the frank lolyd Wright store. Wow I just called there couldn't get threw.he said I know they are slamed...huh..I just hung up...dunk donuts suck. Just for people to lazy to make coffee at home

Order in drive-thru was messed up. Was given the wrong coffee and the cup was only about 2/3 full. I went inside and politely asked for a refund and the employees went from zero to mind boggling rude and was told to take my refund and leave. Not sure why your employees are all pissed off all the time but I'll never go back.
