I went in to pick up an order, I’m a gig worker when the employee Tim was very on edge at the wee hours of 7 o’clock in the morning. I asked him how much some donuts holes were and his rude response was
“5,10,20” with eyes rolls and shoulders shrugs just an unpleasant experience. Tim if you don’t like customer service it time you find a new way to make your money! Due to you behavior Dunkin’ Donuts missed a sale (My hard earned money)

Tried to order 2 dozen donuts (1 dozen glazed 1 dozen chocolate bars for a hockey team) on a quiet Saturday morning.
Was immediately scolded for not calling the order in 24 hours in advance. Was told "we didn't even get any chocolate bars in today"
Being out of something is fine but please don't lecture me about what should be a normal order at a donut shop. Left and went elsewhere.
Also learned they don't make their own donuts....

Waited inside after placing kiosk order for over 15 minutes, I understand they are short staffed but can see on employee on their phone, completely ignoring customers inside

I came in at 8:25pm to pick up a couple of pre-ordered lattes. There were two young guys working, one blonde and one brunette. Both on their cell phones and didn’t greet me. So I just said I’m here for the order. The brunette told me “We told the last guy our latte machine is down. We told that to the last guy that came in but he didn’t understand English.”

I go back in at 8:33pm to pick up a half dozen donuts and no one was in the front. Finally the blonde comes up while the brunette yells from the back to ask me what was in the order. The blonde proceeds to smash the donuts in a paper bag and tells me there are no more glaze. I told him that a dozen donut holes would be fine to replace that part of the order. I also asked for the items to be placed in a box. He tells me he doesn’t know where the boxes are or how to assemble them, and that it was only his third day on the job and they were already getting chewed out on the phone by a manager.

He eventually finds the correct size box and he had me assemble it and handed me the bag of donuts to place them in myself. The donuts were smashed and crumbled, a mess. And I noticed that still one chocolate glazed was missing. He told me they don’t have anymore so I asked for a chocolate frosted to replace it.

At 8:46 He went and got the brunette who placed a pink sprinkle in the box. I asked him again for a chocolate and he said he was done for the day and he wasn’t doing anything else. After some back and forth, he snatches the donut and throws it in the trash saying “I’m over this shit” while putting the chocolate in its place.

I asked for their names and they said they didn’t have to give it to me and they ran to the back. After I left at 8:48, he followed behind me to lock the front doors.

Never again.

This location has issues. Haven’t been here in 6 months decided to order on the app. Door is locked,saying sorry lobby closed. Waited 20 mins in drive thru line to get my order. If I could cancel the order on the app I would have as I knew it would take forever. Good reminder, stay away.

Was told at drive thru that they were too busy and if I went elsewhere they “wouldn’t mind.” Guess they're fine losing business and won’t be upset when the store closes and they lose their jobs.
