I was having an extremely challenging day communicating my feelings, and the man behind taking my order charged me a bit of happiness for the trouble I had felt all day. He was a real listener and human at a time most people would be on to the next second in life. Caring staff.

This place sucks came at 6:30pm, customer service sucked, they had no donuts or any food available l, all they said they had was hashbrowns because they had closed down the machines, so it was pointless to come

Quite possibly the slowest fast place I’ve ever been to. Alone in line took them 15 minutes to make a bagel. If you value your time go somewhere else.
Bad drive thru experience with subpar service from the associate. The donut options were extremely limited, basically blueberry and glazed. Upon receipt of the donuts they did not seem fresh or soft, somewhat chewy. Not satisfied with the food nor service.

Super unclean every time I come to this location! Clean behind the counter, your donut display is always a mess and never has donuts in the morning. Why? Staff always in the back never coming up to help walk in orders. Then they take my order and walk to the back and take 5 min to make a drink? Crazy! Sorry if I misspelled but I think there names are Nicole and Betty, thank you for being so pleasant and efficient! Some woman named Alison I think took my order and was so rude, no eye contact and took 10 min to bring my order back up. Crazy location, new people here every week. Lol I read some of the other reviews and could not agree more.

World’s slowest Dunkin. I’ve come in 2x and it’s like nobody works here. You can’t find the employees.
First time I visited I literally wandered into the back bc I couldn’t hear any employees and was wondering if they were OK.
Second time I just expected a long wait as nobody walked out and the online order wasn’t ready

I’ve been here 2 times, they have few choices of donuts and I have to take the ones I don’t like. And the staff is rude as well, pretending to know nothing. Will never come here again.

I come into this location multiple times a week, regardless of the lack of service they provide. As in any establishment, there’s great team members and then there’s simply just trash. Unfortunately, the ratio for trash to good within this establishment is 8:2. With that said, the management has seem to improve from a store standpoint however, the corporation or franchise owner, not so much.
Today I entered the store to see the store management being yelled at by a “district” or “franchise” owner, which I found extremely inappropriate. These “discussions” and “meetings” should not take place in your dining area where customers are entering and exiting, better yet, waiting long wait times for there orders. Instead, you should focus on speeding up the orders, being prompt, providing quality and great customer service. You call yourself the “quality brand group” however you deliver everything but that.
Furthermore this place seems to be a little disorganized and unclean at times. When you walk in, you see the counter and donuts, behind the counter is always a mess. Why?
The turn over rate here is extremely concerning. I’ve seen the same manager but never the same employees. Why can’t you keep anyone?
Quality brand group, if you want to keep loyal customers like me, change better start happening. Support your store manager and do better.

This is my first time at this specific location, and I hope this one drink doesn’t reflect the rest of the services at this Dunkin'. I ordered a Butter Pecan Macchiato around 3:30 p.m. and was given this pure milk drink. There wasn’t even a taste of espresso or anything resembling coffee in this drink. I’ve been to some crummy Dunkin’s before, and this one has taken the cake for the worst drink I’ve ever received from one.

Ordered a powdered vanilla cream filled donut. Got a powdered donut no vanilla cream filled. Disappointed.
I know it’s a fast food coffee chain and expectations shouldn’t be too high, but good grief. Their ability to mess up every item asked for and never have a French Cruller is astounding. 😭

I have been to over 100 Dunkin stores. Some well managed and others not. This location is the worst. The store is understaffed and not well organized. It should never take more than a few minutes to get a coffee. Today I walked out without my coffee after 14-15 minutes. Three days ago I was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. The employees appear numb and lethargic. I drive 17 minutes each way almost every day to get Dunkin coffee. This franchisee should be fired.

Worst place. Always takes forever for orders, 30 min in the drive thru! I've been here several times and never left a review but I am today. Always have emoyees that don't show up for work or are late, I see them walk in, same employee. Place should close down so a dutch bros can come in. Only reason it's still in business is bc of the mobile orders. So people, stop mobile ordering from here so a new establishment worthy of the space can come in.

Drihe thru took forever with just 2 cars ahead of us that had already ordered when we pulled up to get our mobile order, our order was incorrect and an item was forgotten.
