Stopped by here today for some strawberry and blue raspberry Coolattas for my kids. The drinks were delicious and refreshing. Drive thru went quick.

Great, clean and friendly staff. Food looks fresh because of the amount of traffic for buyers, very recommended!

The young man at the counter was very sweet and friendly. The entire shop was in disarray. Every table was dirty including the chairs and floor. The bathroom was a total disaster. The faucet was running, the floor needed to be swept, and the soap dispenser was unattached and on top of the toilet lid. There were a couple of children in the shop and when they all left, no one came out to clean the tables. I was a little disappointed because it is in a great area but the place looked so run down that I would never come back. I don't like leaving a bad review but I think management needs to know.

Food had a lot of flavor, but price is NOT worth what they give you. It was nearly $4 for loaded hash browns, but there was only about three small bites in the container. Ham and Swiss pretzel sliders are over $5, but you get about two bites each (I got the same thing at another location, but I swear their sliders were slightly bigger). The drink I got was a $5 Coolatta. It took a few sips to get used to it, but the taste ended up being pretty good. It was very refreshing! The service was pretty good. One of the guys was kind of funny. I liked the atmosphere as well. I just don’t think the portion sizes are worth the cost. I’ll pick lots of other restaurants over Dunkin’ in the future.

My chai latte tasted like straight coffee which if you know, CHAI IS NOT COFFEE. when I told the two employees, they just laughed at me..” okay let me remake it,” they just scooped the ice out and added chai syrup. Then to top it off my bagel minis were super cold. It wasn’t even a complicated order, and it wasn’t even close to closing time, so I don’t get why they were in such a hurry, place was empty and so was the drive thru.
