Stood at the register for 15 minutes, no one to to take my order, annoyed people waiting for their food, turned around and left

Too many times more than often when I take the kids here for donuts, they no longer have donuts! And it seems that if there’s no manager there, that’s always the case. It was Saturday morning, and there are just a bunch of teenagers that are running the place and simply do not want to make the effort, especially if their manager is not present. How can they call themselves a donut store when they don’t sell donuts? I asked them when the new batch of donuts will be ready, but they said they won’t be making donuts for the day.

Been here several times. Loud inappropriate music and horrible customer service. Young arrogant serving staff. Will find another dunkin in the area

Had about an hour to kill before my next appointment so thought I could grab coffee and a donut. The exterior of the building seemed a little worn down and dirty, which wouldn’t be a big deal If the customer service was descent. I waited in line for a couple minutes for the group before me. I was not greeted or acknowledged by the two employees working. I placed my order with the employee, grabbed my donut and waited for my coffee.
I walked over to use the restrooms after finding a table but was presented with a note on doors stating that the restroom was for employees only.
I am now left to go find yet another business who can accommodate my simple needs. Disappointed but won’t be returning to Dunkin.. especially with so many other options around.

This is not the fault of the staff. This is the manager's fault. Went there at 7am in the morning to grab a dozen donuts for work. There were two workers. That's it. Two, overworked employees trying to manage a packed drive-thru, a packed restaurant, and everything else. Shame on the managers for this cost cutting. You wonder why employees don't stick around.

I don’t usually do 1 stars but I gave this place a second chance but never again. Both visits have been during very slow hours with almost zero customers. Both times drinks have been made to very sub par quality. Frozen coffee tastes like a bunch of crushed ice. Zero coffee flavour. Wife’s ice cream left to be desired based of the servings. Do yourself a favor and head to any other Dunkin’s.

I don’t normally do reviews but this is the WORST EVER. If I could give Zero stars I would. We put in an online order at night because they were open later. They didn’t have any of the items that it allowed us to order online. No phone call to say they couldn’t fulfill the order- fine, I can handle that. We get there and were told that they could not complete the order. Not a problem there while inconvenient, I get it.

What is NOT ok is that they still took the money from my account. I’ve tried calling their number and get sent to a full voicemail not matter when I call. Tried to go about getting a refund through corporate and even with proof of the purchase they refuse to refund my money.

I would for sure avoid this place.

Absolutely THE WORST Dunkin location in the east valley. I ordered a simple Box of Joe and a dozen mixed donuts. SLOW SLOW SLOW service. Nearly 20 minutes later, I received my order. Next time I'll go to Bosa... better donuts anyways.

My family and I are traveling on the road and decided to stop at this Dunkin’s to handle some business and have coffee while we were at it. During our visit we spent well over 50$ as we sat peacefully eating our food and having our drinks. We always pray before every meal but before prayer we noticed Juan and Venus laughing together as they were tickled by my husbands presence.
As i noticed their behavior I continued to observe them from the corner of the room. As i looked towards Juan he continued laughing at us as he took on a staring stance as he continued to mock and laugh. At this point i approached the counter to ask for the employee who helped us and Venus asked me if I needed help and i said i wanted to speak with the other employee and I was asked for what as i responded that I wanted to speak with him. Once the other employee was finished with drive through i tipped him 5$ and returned to my table.
Shortly afterwards before eating i joined my husband and daughter in prayer and while praying I opened my eyes and witnessed Juan and Venus laughing staring giggles galore at us praying. The sad part was that the $50 we spent most likely funded their hourly wage. It’s people like these 2 that give reputable companies a bad name and cause them to lose business. I CANT WAIT FOR the robots to take over and put people like this out of employment. It’s sad that people of Afican Indian Decent paved the way for such disgusting behavior to continue to transpire upon US Soil.

I have stopped by this location multiple times only to be dissapointed on each visit. They are consistently out of menu items even early in the morning. Super dissapointing and hopefully someone from corporate will step in to assist.

Worst service I had! The drive-thru was packed so I walked-in and 4 people ahead waiting to order. It took 15 mins for someone to take orders then additional 15 again to get my order. Whenever I go here they are always out of donuts or drinks plus give me attitude.

Yes the job is stressful but at least show respect and abit politeness or just leave if you are not happy with it.
