Ugh im so mad! I ordered a large caramel pumpkin brûlée latte and it’s horrible ! The color was off and the taste was just literally water down coffee! I taste no pumpkin no caramel! For the amount I paid and even left a tip what a total disappointment!

First time here today and I really appreciated the friendly staff. I ordered the golden eagle iced and my wife ordered the oat latte iced as well. They were both flavorful and not too sweet. The kids even got free lollipops. Thanks again for the hospitality we will be back soon!

I love this place because of their Sugarfree Blended Drinks. Starbucks is no longer the place to go unless you enjoy their only Sugar-free Vanilla option.

September 2025 - updating from 5 stars to 2 star as I sit in the drive through lane. I've been here over 25 minutes now. I understand being short staffed/etc, but corporate and managers should be calling in backup staff if they're that short (side note, but I've heard Dutch doesn't treat it's employees well, which could explain part of the issue). I also had a negative experience just a few weeks ago where they made the drink I ordered completely wrong. They couldn't even fix it, so I just..threw it away. And then this week they made another drink wrong, which it was still okay. But for $8, I would hope they could get a drink correct...
Anyways, I finally got my drink today, and it wasn't even that good 😭 ugh
I love the coffee there. But everyone has their own preferences and choices. I choose Dutch most the time.

I truly love going to Dutch Bros. I really do especially when your staff pay attention to making a drink when you say a light iced caramel kicker. I'm expecting there to be a gap at the top of the cup but three times this morning You remade my coffee and I told you light ice no backfill with cream and you still did it. I don't pay $6 for cream. I pay $6 for coffee all right and then it just blows my mind that you can't understand such a simple logic. Maybe it's time that you educate your staff on what not to backfill means. And if you say it three different ways, don't backfill it with cream. Do not add extra cream. Leave a gap at the top. I don't want you to put extra cream to fill the cup up and I know there's space at the top if you stay light ice. I understand that. But out of all those examples that I said this morning your employee didn't get it. Could you please tell me how to tell your employee to to make my coffee

Service is always good but this time the went above and beyond. I really don’t know what to get really so I tried to order what I got the last time. I ended up ordering the wrong drink. They let me try it and I didn’t like it. They made me the right one and let me keep the old drink.
