Dutch Bros served my 4-year-old daughter a smoothie that had an entire hard-plastic, blender-lid centerpiece ground up into the smoothie. I’m not sure how much plastic she consumed, but there were dozens of large and small shards of plastic when we dumped out the cup. There was so much plastic in our sink, it took an hour of cleaning to get my garbage disposal working again. We notified Dutch Bros. and their response was a generic, canned email offering a couple free drinks. There was zero concern over or questions from Dutch Bros. regarding my daughter health after consuming their plastic-filled drink.

Dutch Bros is my go-to for one thing, plain and simple: the Blended Cabana Rebel with a soft top. It just hits the spot every single time. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!

They closed the doors at 9pm and it's looks like the only way to order is drive thru. I'm in a semi truck and was looking foward to some hot coffee to keep warm. I've never tried Dutch bro and I doubt I will go out of my way to get some.

Drive through service always a great experience! Bought 7+ drinks for my coworkers. They accommodated nicely! And added cup holders, stoppers, and straws!

They sent me an offer for $3 off 5. It expires today so I went to get a drink. The barista said when she scanned my app that she didn’t see an offer and couldn’t apply it. I reached out to customer service and they said “it was a limited time offer” to which I said yeah it expires today. So I went TODAY and they didn’t even respond. So basically they like to send you “offers” to entice you to go but then when you get there they don’t work. So be aware. Terrible business practice.

Not even worth a star in my opinion. I have been a Dutch broa customer since long as I can remember but they definitely lost a customer today. My husband and I were hauling a trailer and they would not take our order through the front window. With hauling a big construction trailer obviously we can’t fit through the drive through. So I decided to walk through the drive way, keep in mind it was 9:15 already there were absolutely no cars waiting or pulling up to the drive though. Employee was not able to make an exception not even because we had a big construction truck. Definitely lost a customer tonight!!

I am very unsatisfied, I ordered a Large drink Ms. Girl working on August 23rd 2024 at 9:20 pm put less than a can of energy drink and put 1 full scoop and a half of Ice to cover up the less than a half drink that was in there. I don’t understand why I even ordered a large if she was just going to give me a small drink portion. Last time I went and ordered a medium the worker put the whole can of energy drink but now that I ordered a Large I get less than a can? Makes no sense. I want a life time of free dutch bros to make up for this inconvenience.
