This has got to be the SLOWEST dutch bros i’ve ever been to. I got to the line 5:30 and didn’t get my order until 5:56pm! I came thinking i would get my order quickly before work and ended up being late!

Came to this location and ordered a coffee with a splash of cream in the drive through. When I got to the window my coffee was very light and had too much cream for me to be able to drink. I politely asked for less cream, even suggesting to dump some off the top and just add some more coffee to even it out. The female employee with red hair at the drive through register rudely told me next time I need to ask for “light cream” if I want the coffee to be made this way. I again, very politely, told them that I asked for a splash of cream but she insisted that it was my error and I need to say light cream next time. Very strange hill to die on (light versus splash of cream seems like the same thing to me) but the whole interaction was unpleasant and unnecessary. I’m sure the person who took my order just entered it wrong by mistake, no big deal, but being rude is never a good way to handle situations like these. I appreciated that they remade my coffee, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude and issues that came with it. For 6+ dollars I am going to make sure my coffee is drinkable before I leave, I don’t think that is unreasonable. Would not go to this location over the many others in the area.

While i love dutch bros, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. We spent 15min just waiting for the car infront of us to stop chatting to the employees. In the future, it would be nice if there was a specific fast lane for people in a rush and for order aheads.
