I'm not sure if this was an off day or what because I had not been to this location before, but it was very slow. It took twice as long as other places with similar lines. They didn't have anyone out taking orders in advance. Allow lots of extra time.....I had an extra 30 minutes and ended up being late to my appointment (less than 10 cars in front of me)

Not one of the better locations. The line was not that backed up when I got there. Guys tablet died so I get it but he took so long to come back, that's when it backed up. I get to the window, gal repeats my order and gives me the wrong size. She had to guess twice how much more to put into a bigger size... My drink was so milked down with almond milk... That was all I tasted. She even went as far to tell another coworker that she just forgot to fill it with ice instead of saying she messed up(which she didn't put more ice, so you guessed it, it wasn't very cold when I drank it). I didn't have the time to go back... I was already there for almost 30 minutes. I think they should clean their machines more often. I could smell the sour walking up to the window and sure enough my golden eagle was just as sour. I visit a different Dutch Bros location every day and they clean their machines daily. Never got a sour one from my home location. Something is seriously wrong with this one. It's was disgusting like so disgusting I threw it away and went to my home Dutch.
