(Updated Review) My husband and I have been ordering from Eat Clean Phx since April, getting breakfast, lunch, and dinner every week—and for months, we truly loved it. The meals were flavorful, consistent, and it made life so much easier especially when trying to count macros.
Unfortunately we noticed a drop in flavor and variety, and some of our favorite staple meals were changed in a way that really affected the experience. It was disappointing, especially considering we’ve been spending $600+ per week.
I originally gave a 3-star review based on that recent decline, but I have to say—the way the company responded was incredibly professional and sincere. Ryan personally reached out, asked for feedback, and even offered a generous way to help make up for it. It was clear they took it seriously and genuinely wanted to improve, which I deeply respect.
I’ve updated this review to reflect that acknowledgment. Businesses aren’t perfect, but the ones that listen and try to make it right absolutely deserve recognition.

I love ordering a la carte items from Eat Clean. The chicken always tastes better than I can make myself and is extremely juicy. With my wife and I having demanding jobs, it's really nice to depend on Eat Clean for easy and healthy meals for my family. The delivery has always been exceptional as well. Bill, the delivery driver, does a great job communicating with me on ETA and also if I ever need the food on ice. I highly recommend this meal service.

Been ordering from Eat Clean for a year now and I love their meals. They always have my food ready on the pick up date. The food is always prepared well and taste amazing! They make it so easy to track your calories and macros. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a meal prep service. What an amazing experience. Our driver, Fred was very kind and texted us with updates on his ETA as he was headed towards our house. He even gave us his number if we had any questions. I love the small business feel. Not to mention, the food is absolutely delicious and tastes like you are eating cheat meals but without any drawbacks. The meat was moist, seasonings and sauces perfect, and we absolutely cannot wait to order again. Thank you guys!

Great variety of meals and I love their commitment to using quality clean ingredients. Some of my favorite meals of theirs taste too good to be healthy yet somehow they’ve figured it out. I am so grateful I found Eat Clean Phx. I struggled finding meal prep delivery services that are organic and don’t use seed oils or added sugar, and they check all the boxes. And their meals taste so good! My boys are picky, and they have loved all the meals so far. This has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders as a busy mom who used to stress about cooking healthy dinners. I really appreciate this company.

Love the food ! My only real complaint is delivery times are not as advertised and my orders come well before 7 am . They will reschedule your order for a later drop off point but that means you have to manually call and request each time . Otherwise their food is good and well prepared.

Eat Clean Phx has made meal prepping for the week so quick and convenient! I never worry about what I’m putting in my body because the ingredients are clean/healthy and fresh. I love that favorites rotate in frequently, but there’s never a shortage of new items to try. The customer service is always top notch as well! Definitely would (and have) highly recommend them!
