Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef & Seafood Scottsdale

Three of four meals were good, fourth meal could not be eaten. Relatively poor service. Rushed out without being offered dessert. Overall disappointed for our first visit.

My wife and I went to this Eddie Merlot restaurant to celebrate my 68th birthday . We have been there before and to other Eddie Merlot restaurants out of state in the past, The date was 10/6/2020 for a 5:15pm reservation. I want to provide these details. because I do not have the name of the server or manager for this dinner. We have high expectations for this restaurant and have not been disappointed in the past. My wife and I ordered a cocktail and a bottle of wine. We then ordered our meals which included an appetizer for both of us along with our dinners. Mine was surf and turf with oysters Rockefeller for the appetizer. A short time later the server returned and indicated that they did not have lobster and we resolved an alternative to my disappointment. Then he came back shortly thereafter and indicated that they did not have oysters. The manager then came by and apologized for the issues and not being able to fulfill my order request. Needless to say I was disappointed on both misses but we continued on. To my surprise when my meal was served I had filet and lobster which was unexpected. The meal was awesome and the lobster was complimentary. Thank you to the waiter and manager for going above and beyond in these tough times with covid. I highly recommend this restaurant to all and I will definitely return because of their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Great place, with great service. They've reduced the price of the take out menu though they did not need to! We ordered 2 steaks, two sides to go and it was flawless when we got home. Can't wait to experience it again with the live music they usually have.

The food was great and the service was great, but I was very disappointed in some of the menu items that are gone now.

Just had dinner here Tonight with my Wife. It was our first time at Eddie Merlot’s and it was superb. The drinks, appetizers, entree’s, wine, dessert and espresso, all was first rate. The staff, our server and the manager were very attentive. I can’t say enough good things about it; we’ll certainly be back and often.

Very disappointed website advertises happy hour with $6 martinis on fridays and nice apps. Four of us went we tried to order three different things and they were out not good for a Friday going into the weekend. Don't mind paying 16 for a martini as long as it's not half full anyway not like it used to be. Help seemed very disorganized

Always impeccable service...and new and different dishes

Great experience! The staff and dining room was very COVID compliant! Staff was super friendly and were glad to see us. Tables werespread out for social distancing. The staff was wearing masks and gloves, the silverware was rolled in napkins. They had us box our leftover food at the table for safety. Menu was outstanding. The Manhattan cocktail was awesome. Had the calamari, ribeye, sea bass with lobster, brussel sprouts, scalloped potatoes and wedged salad. We will be back. First class act!

The interior of this restaurant must have cost a fortune. it is very elaborate for the concept. The food is decent, but nothing crazy that I would seek out. Excellent staff.

Our “go to” place for an exceptional meal and experience. Staff is professional and attentive, food consistent and very good, decor and atmosphere friendly but classy.
