I have eaten in seafood restaurants around the world and honestly this is the best seafood restaurant I have ever eaten at. The food is amazing, our server was fun and one of the best we ever experienced, they have nightly entertainment, which is really cool, just an overall experience. It is a expensive restaurant but it is worth literally ever cent. We will certainly eat here every time we visit Scottsdale in the future. Don't change a thing, great place.

made reservations for large group at happy hour. the wait staff was great-not intimidated by group size. no problem with individual checks. bar area pretty dark so takes a few min to get used to. brought and replentished excellent bread. many of us had crabcakes.. 7 oz with no fillers. outstanding. to top off eve we had bananas foster (on fire) served at the table. loved the evening. the venue and the staff at eddie v/s!

Food and service was excellent! We came here for the first time for wifey's bday dinner and we were all impressed. Steak was delicious (we're picky steak eaters), lobster tail was very good, appetizers awesome, and the Chilean sea bass was very tender. Definitely would come back for special occasions. Also, our waitress, as well as other support staff, were all super attentive and provided great service overall.

I'm VERY picky with my steaks and let me tell you, this steak deserves a chef's kiss because it was delicious! Seasoned very well and oh so tender. The scallop had a buttery taste and the lobster was to die for. It was literally the size of my hand! The oysters were spot on, Bluepoint was our favorite. What's nice is you don't have to do half a dozen or a dozen, you can pick how ever much you want ($3/ each). We LOVED the macaroni and cheese Oh M G, sooo good. I never knew how good macaroni and cheese could be, but this is a must try!! It had a creamy texture with such a sensational smell to it. The truffle mushrooms and crumbs on top gave it a nice crunch. It had a salty sweetness to it. I wanted the recipe, that's how good it was lol!!! I also got the Hope Diamond (Grey Goose Vodka, Grapefruit Liqueur, Butterfly Pea Flower Tea, Diamond Ice Cube). The diamond ice cube had a blue tint to it that gradually melted into a beautiful purple tone. It had a sour taste to it, kinda like lemonade. They also surprised us with a Flambé dessert (Banana Foster Butter Cake served with Butter Pecan Ice Cream) and chef's cookie for my birthday! Thank you Eddie V's for providing us with such great service. We had a wonderful time!!

First time visiting and overall I thought our meal was delicious. I had to restrain myself not to order steak but I figured if seafood is in their name I best stick to that. I according to our waiter the Chilean sea bass is one of their most popular items so I went with that. The dish was delicious and it was so tender. I really liked all the pairings on the dish including the sautéed spinach. I really loved the lobster mashed potatoes and the truffled Mac and cheese. I thought service was a little slow. In summary I think this was a great meal and it's a good place to enjoy with family, friends or date night.

Best crab cake we've ever had! Came recommended by Taylor (which by the way, is who you want serving you!). She actually has a lot of great recommendations. One of them being the lemon sole. I'm not sure I've ever had such a delicious fish. It's huge and the butter garlic sauce that comes on it is to die for! It's been a couple days since we ate there and I'm still thinking about it. My husband had the filet and lobster tail. The filet melted in your mouth (he made me try it...so happy he did!) the food is awesome here and they definitely have a gem in Taylor. Best server we've had in a long time. Next time we visit Scottsdale this stop will be a must!

Our dinner at Eddie Vs was delicious. It's not my intention to be a hater, but in my opinion, Eddie Vs does not differentiate itself from the hundreds of other similar style restaurants in N Scottsdale. Good steak, decent seafood, and ultra creamy side dishes are a dime a dozen at the Kierland/Quarter. I enjoyed the Chilean Sea bass. The portion was generous and flavour was decent. We ordered shareable side dishes and as good as the lobster mash and truffle Mac and cheese was, it's highly caloric due and fattening and left me feeling bloated. Overall a good experience although I don't think I'd rush back soon

Superb! I visited Eddie V's recently, on a Friday night, and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Upon walking in, we were warmly welcomed and promptly seated. The ambiance is luxurious and elegant. I love the fact that there was live jazz music playing near the dining area, as I am a jazz Queen, and was glad to be able to enjoy my meal while listening to some classical jazz. Our server was phenomenal and did a great job in providing us with recommendations and a run down of the menu. We had a nice bottle of white wine, and were provided with a complimentary glass of Prosecco, as I was here to celebrate my birthday. That was so sweet! I opted for the Chilean Sea Bass, and boy let me tell you, it was everything and then some! So flavorful and juicy! It was prepared just as I liked. We also had the Brussels and Potatoes, both were served in pretty large portions, so we had some to go. As we were wrapping up our meal, our server surprised me with a cute birthday treat, which warmed my little big heart! Overall, this was a fantastic dining experience, and I'll be coming back when I'm in Arizona again. Great customer service, beautiful ambiance, delicious food, and great jazz! Thank you Eddie V's for making my birthday celebration so special! Side Note: Valet parking was $6 (at the time of this review) but there is free garage parking right next to the restaurant, if you prefer to self park.
This place is our new favorite. We are restaurant snobs and seldom go to chains, but Eddie V's in Scottsdale is a happy exception. Our first time we arrived on a Saturday night. We like to dress nicely, which we did, but we could have been even more upscale. Most women were wearing cocktail dresses, so that's my plan next time. There was a great singer in the bar area and we could hear her but it wasn't too loud or too soft from our table. We ordered 24 Karat cocktails for both of us and loved them. Had another round also, but we will try the others next time. Our server was very attentive and helpful. Food and drinks arrived at a good pace - not too fast and not too slow - and everything was good.

We love Eddie V's...great service, wonderful cuisine and nice lounge atmosphere. Their sea bass and halibut was excellent. Their crab cakes are huge full of crab not filling. And you get a complimentary dessert on your birthday. Ana our server was wonderful. Thank you Eddie V's for a fun evening.

Parking is Valet only for this place unless you want to park in the garage and walk. Walking in, the table was ready for us. No wait. We had reservations. There were lots of empty tables waiting for other reservations. It was nice to see that the goal was not overcrowding of the facility. It was a very nice and quiet meal while we ate. This is one of the most exceptional meals that I have in awhile. I had the surf and turf. My wife had the sea bass. Both were exceptional. For sides we had the lobster mash potatoes and brussels sprouts. Appetizer was the crab cake all the way. I could eat those all day! Drinks were on point. I got the smoked old fashioned, and my wife got a 24 Karat. Service was fantastic. We were served by Miroslav. He was a Rockstar!
