Eddie V's Prime Seafood

Visited Eddie V's and from start to finish our meal was excellent. Our waiter Ryan was absolutely on 💯 the entire time and took care of everything. I couldn't have asked for a better meal and service. It will be my go to place going forward for all of my business and special meals when I have visitors.

Branzino is available year around. The waiter made up some lame excuse for not having branzino on the menu. So I settled for the salmon that I can get anywhere.

Always a great experience. Great happy hour menu, fun and lively venue, and tremendous service — our server Rachel was delightful!

Our waitress was very attentive and a sweetheart. That has never been a complaint for this restaurant. Food always great. Don't love the ambience in the bar. Music is too old style but it's still always a good place to go as food is always phenomenal and their service is always top-notch.

Buratta tomato salad was very good; burrata nice and creamy. Crab cakes never disappoint. Our server, Onna, was excellent.

They had an extensive wine list, seasoned butterwith warm bread for starting. The food melted in your mouth as culinary delight and the desert butter cake flambé was exquisite. Its a must in the Scottsdale Quarter!

We had such a wonderful experience celebrating my Birthday at Eddie V’s.
In Scottsdale, AZ. Everyone was amazing—the atmosphere, the food, and especially the service. The lobster bisque was incredible, and the filet was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The manager even stopped by to check on us, which you don’t see at most restaurants.

But what really made the night unforgettable was our server, Caitlyn Callahan. She was so knowledgeable about the menu and wines, and helped us pick the perfect bottle. She made my birthday so special, and we’ll always remember that. Thanks to her, it made for such a wonderful night.

Old school super nice, great jazz. Can’t believe it’s a chain. Quality food. We had a blast there. Wines by the glass were a bit meh. I could have dressed nicer, learning that even when it’s 95 degrees the locals wear pants to dinner.

We came to Eddie V’s to celebrate my husbands cancer remission and it was easily the best decision we’ve ever made. The staff was so warm, and inviting the second we walked in. We felt celebrated and special and ontop of that the service was impeccable. Our server Tony was the most attentive server we’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The food was nothing shy of incredible. 100/10 recommend the lobster bisque! And all of their signature drinks are classy and very well presented! For a fine dining experience, Eddie Vs exceeds all expectations. Not to mention their live music is impeccable both times we’ve come here. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience, excellent food and atmosphere then look no further! And when you go ask for Tony to be your server! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for the amazing experience to celebrate such a wonderful occasion. We’ll be back! 1000/10 recommend. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. 🩵
