Loved our waiter Henry fast service and the food was amazing!!! We had the incredible omelettes and banana cream pie waffles let’s just say I’ll never eat a better waffle again. Everything in the omelette was so fresh and the portions were big for the cheap prices each dish was around $15-$16.

Cool vibe place especially when the weather is nice with open concept patio, bar, etc.
? The basic breakfast was done perfectly. Eggs cooked to perfection, homemade hashbrowns (delicious), fresh-cut avocado, and sour-dough bread served with a hazelnut chocolate sauce on the side (nice surprise). Water is cucumber-infused. ? Friendly service; was not refreshed on ice-tea or water so knocked a star off for that but otherwise, decent, and everyone was friendly.

Working down the road and found this to be an eggcellent stop for brunch. Chicken, Biscuits, Gravy. Paired with a full artwork display bloody it was fantastic. Will be back.

Eggstasy is a must visit breakfast / brunch spot. The food is amazing, the staff is great and our server Jose is top notch. This will be a place we visit often. This place is soo good my wife and I came here two days in a row to try other menu items.
Love this place for breakfast and we bring all our friends here when we meet up for a bite to eat. The food is always on point, portions are generous and the vibe is fun, upbeat! Love trying out the different omelets they offer. Only small criticism is the fact that we come here so often, sometimes 3x a week and the lady at the front never seems to remember us or even cares to say “welcome back”. She’s not a very personable person and I think that’s very important since she is the first person to greet people when they walk through the door. I know they get busy but we’ve come on days where it’s pretty quiet and we always smile and ask how everyone is doing and remember who served us last and who seated us.

Decided on a breakfast adventure this morning for the three of us and while breakfast is always a challenge with an 8 year old food snob and because Alexis and I love great coffee, appreciate great service and will try multiple dishes just so we can say we did. As most that follow me know I rarely give 5 stars the first visit because consistency is one of my caveats for that. But let me tell you the food is five stars and the service to match! Henry was our server and he was pleasant and just the right attentiveness. Try the fresh OJ and Strawberry juice! It was perfect. And their coffee is lavazza, which is always a good base start to any coffee. I totally recommend the Barbacoa Eggs Benedict!! If you're from Texas you like your Barbacoa a certain way and these guys got it right and to combine it with the Benedict and the hash browns was a fantastic presentation! Alexis had the crispy prosciutto eggs benedict, mouth watering and we shared some banana macadamia pancakes. Those were delicious!! Michael had the banana crepe and he enjoyed it and gave it a 10 out of ten! We leave here satisfied for sure. We will be back!
