I found hair in my bagel. I ordered a pizza bagel and a country gravy and bacon bagel. The pizza bagel was bland and the cheese was not melted. I took one bite of the country bagel before noticing a hair sticking out of the bagel right next to where I had taken my bite. Cleanliness must not be in the employee handbook.

A friend of mine went into get me a breakfast bagel I wanted a bacon avocado tomato egg breakfast bagel. Minus the tomato.. the egg was over done and they forgot the roasted tomatoe smire .. very disappointing. My friend also mentioned that the counter was a mess with food all over it and he said I think it's best that we go to the one on Indian School and 44th Street which I've been there numerous time and that store is much better I will never go to the Einstein on Scottsdale. It's crap

Staff was behind confused yet apologetic and polite

Loved the food.

I eat here almost every day, the staff is always very nice (shoutout my boy Daniel). My food is always made properly and it is has become one of the most enjoyable parts of my mornings!

Stopped in close to closing to grab some cinnamon & raisin and blueberry bagels. They had a good inventory of bagels despite being late in the day. Tracy & Dan were great, treated me like a friend rather than just a customer. Plus, the bagels were pretty good too!

Unbelievable! Kept taking orders but only one guy fulfilling them. All 3 employees had major attitude and did not hide it. Slamming stuff down, rude to customers, and every order was coming back as wrong! Way too much chaos and the place is filthy. Don’t ruin your day… there are plenty of bagel places in this area.

I wouldn't suggest coming here unless it is your last option. The customer service is snarky especially if you ask questions about the food. Go to a different Einstein and save yourself a bad vibe in the morning.

Let’s begin by saying that the workers clearly can’t care less.
I got two egg & cheddar bagel and one of them was FULL of egg shells! Disgusting!! Like I am not talking about a small crack bunch of shells was all over in this egg bagel. This location needs new management and staff that cares.

Got my Sammy and bit into some plastic! I get yall busy but this would have sucked had I not caught this.

Slow and rude

Disheveled environment. Waited 20 mins for 2 bagels. Staff was all over the place. They all look like they had just woken up and jumped into work. Messy hair and clothing and all. It looks like a bunch of college kids who haven't showered or changed clothing in 3 or 4 days worked there . Customers were ordering from all over the place. There was no set line or organization. I frequent Einstein Brothers and this is the only one I've ever seen that is this disorganized and for Scottsdale I would have expected better. I will not be returning to this location
