Einstein Bros. Bagels

Stopped by to buy my friend a breakfast sandwich for her birthday and saw I had a free bagel with cream cheese coupon. I decided to use it but had I known there was a cream cheese shortage I would have held on to it 😂 I didn’t notice until I got back to my office and pulled it apart to see why it tasted different. I was happy to see Ana tho as she is such a sweetheart and always a delight.

Today was not the day. Cashier was having trouble with the customers in front of me, then after they were finished he did not say anything to me and started working on yhe coffees. The real homie making the food actually noticed this and came over to take my order. I paid for it, tipped and the food and coffee came quick. The Sandwich tasted like stone honestly and I has to throw it away after the firat bite because I could not stomach it. I wasnt at the store so I was not able to tell them.

Unrelated note but they had A/C dust floating around because someone was replacing the return ducts right iver the counter during buisness hours.

Unfortunately my stomach is still hungry and dissapointed.

For some reason, this location consistently makes the worst bagels, like really bad. Seems like the staff at this location just don’t care at all.

I had a horrible experience. I ordered an egg, ham, and cheese on a spinach florentine bagel with a hashbrown. It was a joke. The bagel was tough and difficult to swallow. The hashbrown was super soft. You can do better Eistein Bros!

The guy calling out the orders to be picked up called me Ozark! (rude!)

Somebody needs to come in and simply overhaul this place. The current GM Or market leadership clearly is not paying enough attention to this place and to all of the justified complaints. They are always extremely slow and understaffed, they are regularly missing items in the orders, And this location is almost always out of almost half the bagels you guys offer, and out of other things as well. For what I would consider a more prime location and for as busy as it is, this place needs more attention and needs to execute way better.
