The BEST part of the ‘experience’ was a Great front counter person named ‘Key’ ~
Friendly, Helpful in guiding me through my food options ~
While eating my food, I was amazed at how Key treated EVERY customer the same courteous way.

Quiet spot to grab a quick bite. Place was clean. There was fresh food and love the squeezed orange juice. Service was quick and efficient. Coffee was available. There were many pick up orders ready and people were coming in and out to pick those up.

Food is always good but service is always hit or miss. This morning was not great for service, wasn’t going to tip because the person serving me was really rude, but the machine forces you to when you pay with card. Won’t be coming back to this location in particular location.

Honestly You do not find cheerful happy workers anymore, I believe she's the general manager. Wish I would have gotten her name. Lovely woman with glasses. Seriously changes this place from just grabbing a bagel to leaving with a smile!!

Difficult to get rewards at. Several times they would not grant $9 reward on Monday.

People were nice, but the service took a bit for almost no line.

We ordered 4 bagels through the DoorDash app at 9:53 AM, the app stated it would be ready at 10:10 AM. My husband went out to pick them up. He arrived at the store with at least 15 people waiting on orders, not including the line of people waiting to order. He understood they were busy and waited. Then after about 30 minutes past the time our order was scheduled to be ordered. He went and inquired about our order the staff member stated “we are working as fast as we can”. Again, he understood and had to ask 4 times about our order. He continued to wait, he watched multiple customers walk out and the 3 staff members were in the back the entire time. Finally at 11:48 AM he was DONE. Over 2 hours and our order was NEVER MADE. Unbelievably dissatisfied with this Einsteins location. If I could, zero stars.
