Absolute worst experience from food to customer service. Starting with customer service, I walk in with TWO people in line and by no means busy like it normally is. I was trying to ask someone for the rest of my online order that was well past the time of being done so I knew it was. NOBODY acknowledged me for a long time. I had to come back when I realized my ENTIRE order was wrong and again no one acknowledged me. I asked about my coffee not looking like the description online and the employee was rude (when I finally called out for their attention and got it) and told me that’s it when I kept saying it was not. Then I tasted it and it was not correct by any means. Absolute WORST experience I have had and with my years and years of restaurant management experience, I can tell when employees are blatantly ignoring guests that walk through the door and flat out don’t care to give any level of customer service. I paid for food that was absolutely none of what I ordered and left it on the counter after being talked to like I was in the wrong for asking about it.

Good bagels but a small amount of cream cheese

Very friendly service. Quick even when busy. Great breakfast brisket bagel on jalapeño cheddar. Great place for a quick breakfast!

Just ordered online. Picked up at curb. Driving towards out next destination I open my toasted bagley only to find a hair mixed in with the cream cheese. A real downer to start the day.My husband's bagle rita/burrito was pretty good he said.

Einstein is a great go-to for breakfast. This location is in serious need of renovation however.

Coffee was awful. Tasted like a pound of dirt with a lump of caramel in the bottom, not mixed in, just lumped at the bottom. I had to repeat my order and I still did not get everything I ordered. Bagel was good but that’s all that was good. Dining room was super warm too. Honestly I’ve had good experiences ordering online but I can’t recommend going into their store.

If the bagels there are always good. My wife had a brisket bagel on a hash Brown actually on a hashbrown bagel. I had a bagel with locks and cream cheese. Mine was the pretzel bagel which I love. We will be back.

Employees are not very nice, they are over worked and short handed. Burned everything and no this is not the first time. Location owner is probably out golfing place is falling apart.

Right up there with Panera for high price, low quality. Brisket was as dry as the welcome. Love being accosted by an employee asking if I have a mask when the mask sign has been taken down. While I was there he managed to chase off another customer for the same behavior. Inexcusable service.

Walked in to grab some stuff for my kids. No pre-order or anything like that. Guy behind the counter was super friendly and got me in and out quick. Food was perfect and kids were happy. Thank you.

Big as Texas is full of tender moist brisket. It's an expensive sandwich but worth every bite. For this purchase, I substituted the bacon bread for a 6 cheese.

Always great service. I enjoy having a coffee and pastrami sandwich. You can enjoy your favorite fresh bagels to go, delivered by Deal Dash, or call in your order or order online and choose curbside pickup. If you can see the Staples store, Chase Bank or the Urgent Care you are just steps away in this cozy outdoor Paradise Valley shopping center. Plenty of parking.

Got exactly what I asked for. Thank you

The employee Nora was wearing a mask sporting "ACAB" meaning "all cops are bastards." I think it is completely inappropriate for an employee to be wearing such a bold political statement while on the clock and I will not be supporting a business that allows their employees to do this and i urge you to do the same. also she was not wearing gloves which is a whole other issue. i have been a loyal einstein's customer for years but this visit really made me reconsider.

Sunday morning and my wife thought it would be a treat to get bagels so she went up to the store to get them ask them to cut them in half and when she came home realize that the bagels were cut far too thin on the top for example if the bag was 10 inches in thickness some young lady cut them so it was 1 inch on the top incredibly thin and unusable if you want to make something out of them like sandwiches I called the store manager and he goes oh yeah sometimes the machine cuts in correctly but doesn't offer a refund doesn't offer anything just says I'll talk to them thank you. Spoke to Joe the manager. Joe when a customer calls and says he screwed something up with the food that you are preparing for them offer them a refund offer them a replacement offer them a coupon offer them something I can see now why you have 2 1/2 stars as a rating for your shop
