Einstein Bros. Bagels is a reliable location with a reputation for great bagels and coffee. While some unique items may not meet expectations, the standard menu fare is enjoyable. The Nova Lox Brunch Special is particularly praised, with perfect ratios of ingredients. The Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich, however, was disappointing, with an unbalanced brisket-to-jalapeño ratio and underheated egg. The Strawberry Banana Smoothie is also just average. Despite some ups and downs in the menu, the staff at this location shines, particularly manager Michelle and Alecia, who went above and beyond to retrieve a customer's lost keys. Their goodwill and service make a visit to Einstein Bros. Bagels a pleasant experience.
