Einstein Bros. Bagels

Einstein Bros. Bagels was nearest place that I could get a grilled cheese bagel. Upon viewing the menu I was enticed to try the vegetarian bagel sandwich. Turns out you get a bag of sea salt potatoes chips with the sandwich for $7.99. I opted to have the jalapeno cheddar bagel. It was additional $.90. Great meal for under $10.00. It was delightful!!
I may hafto start hitting up Einstein instead of Subway. ;)

The last 2 times I have ordered from them they charged me for bacon on my bagel and both times I never received it. I called them when I received my THIRD bagel without bacon. So I asked for a refund for the first two bagels and they just said no we will not refund you for the items you've paid for. They said it was never relayed to add bacon and thats completely bull. No one I work with ever lets the correct order. Shady business if ive ever seen one. Go to a different location or different bagel shop. They are incompetent at this one, including the manager,

The managers here do not know how to resolve problems. My coworkers and I were denied a refund after three trips of mistakes on our bagels. They couldn't get a single order correct and refused to give refunds for all three trips we had to take there and never received the correct orders. The manger was rude and had terrible attitude. She refused to give her name or talk directly to me. She talk through one of her employees not to me. Never would return here.

I’m a fan of Einsteins in general but this location’s bathroom is worse than most gas stations! Alarming to think about what the kitchen might look like 😳

I love stopping by Einstein Bros. Bagels!

The freshly baked bagels are always a treat, and their breakfast sandwiches and coffee are the perfect start to my day.

The variety and quality are impressive, and the friendly atmosphere makes it a great neighborhood spot.

Over the years they have gone down hill. Their bagels are hard and barely toasted. They got rid of smoothies too. Meh like only come here if you’re starving and can not make it yourself… there’s a grocery store right next to this one so it would be cheaper to just buy yourself a bag of bagels and a container of cream cheese FRRR

Sandwich had a sour taste unlike I've ever had before at any Einstein's. I tried to pick it apart to see which ingredient it could have been, to no avail. The sandwich wasn't stacked and created like any other location either. I hope I don't get food poisoning. And since when does Einstein's not have mochas or other coffees? Because their machine kept breaking? Well the website should say this. Buy a new one or change the online info! This has to be the worst of them all. Gross.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is always a solid choice for a quick and tasty breakfast. The bagels are fresh, the coffee is hot, and the staff keeps the line moving. Plenty of options to choose from whether you want a simple bagel or a full breakfast sandwich.

This chain continues to go downhill and this store seems to personify the experience. The service is most off-putting as the staff doesn't address you as you stand and waite to give them your order. This happened three times in a row now. We walked out the last time as the staff just talked amongst themselves looking busy but not serving anyone. I wish there was a bagel shop within a reasonable driving distance. I'd est bagels all the time instead of when I was just wanted get disappointed.

The tasty turkey was not tasty. All four pieces of lunch meat were slapped on in one uninterrupted stack. Slimy tomatoes. Hardly any cream cheese. Won't be returning.

Had a bad service experience today where the crew messed up the order on two of the four items. Had my 11 year old daughter go back in immediately to get a missing schmear and the guy gave her a hard time. Then got home and realized they really messed up on one of the other orders. Drove back to store to get it resolved, received no apology, and no offer of refund or extras. I’ve found that generally speaking most Einstein’s are subpar. I only go to this one because it appears slightly cleaner than the other one near me. But after the poor customer service received today it will be a long time if ever we go back to this store. They should really try a little harder.
