Had a bad service experience today where the crew messed up the order on two of the four items. Had my 11 year old daughter go back in immediately to get a missing schmear and the guy gave her a hard time. Then got home and realized they really messed up on one of the other orders. Drove back to store to get it resolved, received no apology, and no offer of refund or extras. I’ve found that generally speaking most Einstein’s are subpar. I only go to this one because it appears slightly cleaner than the other one near me. But after the poor customer service received today it will be a long time if ever we go back to this store. They should really try a little harder.

I have tried to like this location, because it is the closest to our house. The cashier here is just not pleasant and comes across very passive aggressive and is less than helpful. I believe her name is Debby, but I could be remembering wrong. Probably in her late 50s on the shorter side, wears glasses. She has been there each time we have gone. She always seems annoyed, and not just with me, it seems with everyone. The quality of the Brisket Breakfast sandwich was just OK. My daughter had a cheesy Hashbrown bagel with butter and they just put a slab of butter inside and closed it. My other daughter had a chocolate chip bagel with butter and they must have used a dirty knife from a different item as there was avocado on her bagel and that ruined it for her. This was our third, and quite possibly our last, visit here. I like their bagels and sandwiches but they are overpriced. Almost $4 for a buttered bagel? Come-on! They need to work on there customer service and the quality of the items they are providing.

Bagels are cooked perfect but no hole? Bagel and sandwich were cold and there was hardly any cream cheese on either.

Dreadful. Ice cold bagel, stingy amount of cream cheese and clueless slow service. Never again. I’d much rather eat a supermarket bagel.

I like this place. I think this may be an older store. Many of there newer places are larger. But this location is cozy. Bagels are good. Coffee needs improvements. You can sit inside and when the weather is cooler, not sure if that will happen this year, you can sit outside. And maybe they can do something with the prices? It is getting expensive for a coffee and a bagel.
But when toasted just right they are delicious!!!!!!!
The employees are very helpful. All though I do not like when there is a different price for some bagels. An upper tier of bagel?
This location made my bagel just right, the emploees smiled and thanked me for coming in and when I said I will be back I got a big THANK YOU from them.

Sunday 6:05 am.
I was the only one since they just open. Ordered a chorizo sunrise. Great Sandwich. However, Avocado was old and dark. Try to seat and eat, but guess what? There is not even one clean table! Asked the cashier if she can wipe my table which she did. Then I had to bring it to her attention that all the tables are dirty. Floor hasn't been swiped and moped from yesterday. Didn't have to use the restroom so not sure was it same as their dining area or not!
How a manager can walk in the store, and not realizing how fuilty the store look like? ?
Not sure if she was even the one in charge of closing the store yesterday!!?
In addition, Honey should return and to be available to customers for coffee or breakfast! That's a very cheap move and shows bad planning!
In conclusion, since the company decided to add the tip option to the purchase, how about teaching your employees how to earn it with keeping everything to the standards at least!
I wouldn't give this location any Star if I had that option!!!

Overall, I love Einstein Bros and in particular, this location is always very reliable. So why the 4-stars? Well, I’ve ventured out and tried some of their unique items lately and have been underwhelmed.

Most recently, I tried their Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich. Personally, I found it to be one of the worst menu items I’ve ever tried here. The brisket to jalapeño ratio was atrocious. The egg didn’t seem fully heated and the cheese wasn’t melted much at all. The only thing it had going for it was the Smokey Chipotle Aioli.

On the other hand, my wife had the Nova Lox Brunch Special and really enjoyed it! Salmon was great and the ratios were perfect! Yes ?

I also tried the Strawberry Banana Smoothie. It was okay but not something I’m rushing to get again anytime soon.

Anyway, should you visit this location, maybe stick to the standard bagels and spreads. Enjoy!

I love Einstein’s! The farmhouse is the best! And the vanilla-hazelnut coffee is delish. They often give me free coffee & food!

The shop is clean, the bagels are fresh, the staff are fast and friendly. It's a well executed chain bagel shop that delivers consistent tasty food.

2$ for a tiny side of cream cheese is crazyyyyy for a bagel shop.Update :Omggg $2 cream cheese only covered one side of the bagel ! You may want to bring your own cream cheese.
