The farmhouse and the French toast bagel is my go to! Very good! Staff is super friendly. I wish they had green tea options but the black tea is good

I work down the street from this location and they never fail to surprise me and make my day so much sweeter! I really do love all the girls that work the morning shifts there, they always make me smile and treat me with the most hospitality I could ask for. They work hard and I can tell they love it there. Thank you to the ones who take care of me each morning when I make online order - you seriously do make a difference in my day and I appreciate all that you guys do! Please don't let those who are grumpy change that - you guys are all phenomenal :)

Went in to get my usual and stopped in at this location the guy taking my order was fabulous and friendly and accommodating. Allison, the store manager on the other hand was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Super disappointing.

My 54-mile halfway biking stop, I treat myself to everything bagel with lox!

Ordered online. Picked up. When opened : the lox sandwich was half the size (plain bagel is the size of golf ball with a touch of salmon) and the heavenly chocolate chip cookie was 2 days expired….
Follow up : After reaching out to customer service they suggested to refund .....! I now lowered the review to 1 star !
This is not a matter of money or refunds. Offering a refund does not address the underlying problem, nor does it make things right.
Is issuing a refund truly the only way Einstein Bagel handles serious concerns about expired products and food quality?
What needs to happen instead is the following:
1. Upper management should conduct an in-person visit to the location in question.
2. The performance and conduct of every staff member at the facility should be carefully reviewed and corrected where necessary.
3. Regular and unannounced quality audits should be implemented.
4. Most importantly, the manager and staff should be re-trained on the standards, expectations, and values that your brand is supposed to uphold.
This is a matter of food safety and brand integrity—not just customer inconvenience.

When choosing where to bring my kids for breakfast, one of the reasons we choose this Einstein’s is the service the employee Justin provides. His welcoming smile and demeanor are always a joy to see. He remembers my kids’ names and is always genuine when engaging us. Even if we didn’t like the food (which we do), we’d still come here to support him!
Stopped by while in town for a tournament and had a great experience! We love Einstein Bros. at home—it’s always delicious—but Jeremy made this visit even better with his exceptional service. He was incredibly kind to our family and made us feel so welcome. Fantastic experience—we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!
Update: the only reason why I’m updating my review is because JUSTIN rocks he always brightens my day with his positive attitude.

very disappointed with the customer service I received at Einstein Bros, particularly from A.J. I arrived well within the store’s posted hours to order a bagel, but A.J. refused to complete my order because she didn’t want to take the time to make fresh eggs. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially for customers who made the effort to show up on time. It felt like she prioritized convenience over providing good service, which is incredibly frustrating. If you’re not going to serve customers properly, why bother staying open until the posted time? She also gossip about customers to other employees. Well, customers are there.
Best bagel shop around hands down! They have the sweetest crew and it’s always a great way to start my day!
