Einstein Bros. Bagels

A friendly crew here, but... This place needs some work. Every time I'm in, they have the side door propped open letting the burnt bagel smoke out. The coffee dispensers are empty or cold and they never have the correct bagel for the Farmhouse sandwich. You guys could notch it up ever so slightly and I'm sure your reviews would pop back to something better than a 3.9, which, is not very good compared to all the places around. Your customers are trying to tell you something. You might listen more carefully.

APP ORDER REFUSED! I ordered using the Einstein app but the staff refused to make it even though I showed them the order on the app. I also had an email confirmation from Einstein, and my bank account was charged. The location, date and time were correct. But the staff members said the order wasn’t received so they were not allowed to make it. Talk about a bad way to start your day!

Food and prices are great but service is not very good. My order is never correct and I have been 3 different times recently.

Simple cold brew and bagel sandwich. Always reliable and consistent. Love this place

Had to change my order after it was placed, and I was waiting for at least 5 minutes before a young lady telling me that they were out of that specific bagel. The person taking the order should have known that. This would have made a huge difference.

Showed up at 6:30 and they hadn't even started making bagels or coffee yet. I had an online order that obviously wasn't getting filled any time soon. They refunded me but it took forever and I had to waste more time finding something else for breakfast.

I'm a member here , so I get some good deals. However, it is too expensive. The price of one bagel $2. And some change and then to add cream cheese for $1.89., approx $5 for a bagel with cream cheese is outrageous TBH. Or to add peanut butter is $1.89 . Crazy world we live in today.

Friendly staff. Just a couple of minor complaints.

I ordered the lox bagel sandwich on a sesame bagel. Why is the bottom of the bagel salted? This, with the saltiness of the lox and capers made it overwhelmingly salty.

Decaf was watery even after the gal at the front counter was nice enough to make a fresh pot (I am grateful for that.). Still had no flavor. Like drinking water with vanilla creamer.

On the bright side, their new hash browns are cheesey and delicious. Thanks to the gal at the front counter for the recommendation!

So, the 4 stars is really for the service and cleanliness. Was a little disappointed in the food this time around.

ATTENTION GROUP ORDERERS, anyone who orders CATERING. Staff was really apologetic but I need to post this for anyone who caters for offices or does any group orders. I placed on online order for 24 bagels and a few coffee carriers for 8:20 pickup. I show up to the store and nothing from the order is started. I had to watch them brew fresh coffee for three carriers and prepare a 24 box of assorted bagels. They claimed that it was slammed but there wasn’t a whole lot of people in store so maybe they were just getting over a rush. Regardless, everything wasn’t ready until 8:55, and I was late for my meeting.

Great bagels and friendly service.

I've gotten bagels with and without smears (the chive is the best) and the bacon and egg bagel sandwich. They let you choose which bagel to make the sandwich with.

I've ordered their lox and bagels, which was really delicious, and had a generous portion of salmon.
