A friendly crew here, but... This place needs some work. Every time I'm in, they have the side door propped open letting the burnt bagel smoke out. The coffee dispensers are empty or cold and they never have the correct bagel for the Farmhouse sandwich. You guys could notch it up ever so slightly and I'm sure your reviews would pop back to something better than a 3.9, which, is not very good compared to all the places around. Your customers are trying to tell you...

Had to change my order after it was placed, and I was waiting for at least 5 minutes before a young lady telling me that they were out of that specific bagel. The person taking the order should have known that. This would have made a huge difference.

I'm a member here , so I get some good deals. However, it is too expensive. The price of one bagel $2. And some change and then to add cream cheese for $1.89., approx $5 for a bagel with cream cheese is outrageous TBH. Or to add peanut butter is $1.89 . Crazy world we live in today.
