The Manager is rude & I let Him know it today Apparently His business is a franchise & doesn’t like when customers come with coupons I eat salads & beans & Every time I’ve gone in there the Manager is rude & rolls His eyes @ Me Worse customer service ever He doesn’t deserve to be in business with His attitude I believe I told Him today what Him & His employees needed to hear I will NEVER eat @ another Pollo Loco Again

I can't say that I'm an El Pollo Loco fan. I tried it after years of not ever going to one. It was just as bad as I remember. What they are mostly known for (the chicken) was a 3 out of 5, the flavor is all on the skin. The rice is always horrible at this place. The churros...never again, the oil tasted old. There are so many places better than this, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Pricing is not as reasonable as it used to be but the food quality was pretty good. No issues. Quick to receive the food after we ordered it.

I just picked up a catering order from this location. I had one of the nicest and friendliest human interactions with a manager that I could have ever asked for. He was incredibly friendly, thorough, and gracious. Assisted me to carry out all of the boxes to my car, just overall a really good experience.
Rigo is a great guy and El Pollo Loco is lucky to have him as a manager!! He is very polite and wants to make everyone happy including the employees The food is fantastic they have great prices and they Send very good coupons on a regular basis.
The food is very healthy. I would recommend it to everyone.
That was the worst salad. The lettuce was freezer burn and wilted. The tomatoes were old and the chicken was dry. Hope my next salad will be fresh. Next time I am going to ask for a fresh salad. I should of taken a photo.

I ordered a chicken burrito, picked it up and when I got back to work noticed they forgot to include the chicken. Check your orders before you leave or you will have to drive back!
