I just picked up a catering order from this location. I had one of the nicest and friendliest human interactions with a manager that I could have ever asked for. He was incredibly friendly, thorough, and gracious. Assisted me to carry out all of the boxes to my car, just overall a really good experience.

Rigo is a great guy and El Pollo Loco is lucky to have him as a manager!!
He is very polite and wants to make everyone happy including the employees
The food is fantastic they have great prices and they Send very good coupons on a regular basis.
