What an amazing experience! The GM took our order and it was perfect! Everything was hot and fresh. We ordered a chicken meal with sides. We visit Arizona from Nebraska and always make sure we stop at an El Pollo Loco, but this is the BEST location we have ever been to. Thank you for your kind service and wonderful food.

Rigoberto was the definition of helpful, professional and personable. We had an issue with our rental being hit in a nearby parking lot and he took the time out of his day to go through the cameras and help us out. You couldn't ask for a better general manager, thanks Rigoberto!
