I love the girls at the drive thru. Everybody is super nice and accommodating. Whenever I'm in a pinch with dinner these guys always are my savior, and they are reasonable in prices as well. Way better than deep fried.

I asked for a wing special, they said they only had 3 wings, I said can they substitute the 4th one. The comment was, unfortunately I can't do that.. I walked out.. that's just ridiculous.. if you are in business, then find a way to accommodate the customer as long as it's not unreasonable..

It was awesome food. Be careful of the soup if you order soup cause it is extremely hot 🔥♨️🌡i had to add a handful of ice to be able to be able to eat it but it was very good. I got the chicken tortilla soup and a chicken quesadilla and both were good.

Great food Friendly staff - best part about this place is it is never busy inside as all their business seems to flow through the drive through window. Clean inside and the music is at a low volume which is a nice background touch and not annoying like some places. Probably one of the best places to have a great meal I order one of the New chipotle quesadillas 🤤😋delicious chicken was very tasty juicy, recommended 100%

The Food we got was the chicken family meal 12 pieces leg and thigh. The chicken was dry dry like it had been sitting a while. Called to complain and we were told to call back later, which we did and were told that there was nothing they could do because it had been several hours at this point... Hope someone sees this managerial wise and maybe get compensation.... But the coleslaw was fire.

I love el pollo loco. From back when you had corn chowder soup. BUT I went today and got your 13$ pollo fit street corn salad. I must say I'm unhappy. Far from pic and the street corn. Salad has cotija not shredded. As u see in my pic below, they put shredded.. dissatisfied right now. Completely. You see how different these salads look from each other. $13 salad and its all iceberg lettuce and the wrong cheese

Specifically asked for no cabbage on my burrito. Who tf puts cabbage in a burrito anyway? Got lots of rice, very little chicken, like 3 cubes, and plenty of cabbage. Very mediocre, great if you love cabbage. Got my salsa but they forgot my chips. Meh all the way around

I love Pollo Loco, our family eats there at least once a month, sometimes twice. We would eat there more but like every other place, the prices are getting too high. We enjoy the Tacos Al Carbon are bomb! Their Chicken Tortilla Soup is also really good. Their churros, when fresh are awesome as well. Sometimes they're not so fresh but still good. I've tried one of their burritos and it was good as well. The last time we went they forgot our 3 soups, hence the lower rating.
