I love Pollo Loco, our family eats there at least once a month, sometimes twice. We would eat there more but like every other place, the prices are getting too high. We enjoy the Tacos Al Carbon are bomb! Their Chicken Tortilla Soup is also really good. Their churros, when fresh are awesome as well. Sometimes they're not so fresh but still good. I've tried one of their burritos and it was good as well. The last time we went they forgot our 3 soups, hence the lower rating.

Service was very great and very patient with the cashiers and fellow employees. I received my food UNDER 5 minutes (Which is pretty good compared to other restaurants). And the food was delicious especially the Double Chicken Tostada!

People want to eat healthy, this is one of the places to go too. Friendly people and clean.

Vegetarian options: People who want to eat as a vegetarian, they won’t be disappointed.

Dietary restrictions: This is a Great place for someone that is conscious of what they eat.
