Upon arrival, the hosts were engaged in their own conversation and made no effort to acknowledge us. We waited several minutes without a greeting until another staff member eventually escorted us to our table, which set a disappointing tone from the start.

Once seated, there was an excessive delay before our server approached, especially given that the restaurant appeared relatively slow. Water service was inconsistent and refills had to be requested despite multiple staff check-ins. Throughout the meal, our server was cold and inattentive, with rushed interactions that fell short of the level of service expected at this price point. The only consistently positive service came from the food runners, who were warm and helpful.

This dinner was intended to be a birthday celebration, which was noted on the reservation but barely acknowledged. The music was excessively loud and made conversation difficult. While the focaccia and puréed potatoes were excellent, the rest of the food was underwhelming for the cost.

Overall, the experience did not justify the price. Due to the inattentive service, uncomfortable atmosphere, lack of recognition of a special occasion, and inconsistent food quality, I would not choose to return

Hands down the best restaurant we’ve tried in Scottsdale so far! The chicken parm was mind blowingly good. This is our new go to spot!

That has to be the worst restaurant experience manager ever… The manager acted like an upset child and was rude and disrespectful to our entire group. He was so rude, we told him we are never coming back and he said good, we don’t want you back. We asked for his name and he refused to give it to us, multiple times. He knew he was throwing a tantrum and acting like a 5 year old, so he wanted to remain anonymous. Horrible experience, avoid Etta

In all fairness I went with a group of eight but this ended being a 3 hour experience for appetizers and main meals. The pork was great but everyone who ordered a steak was highly disappointed to include those that ponied up for the ~$95 New York strip. Loud dance club music for some reason. Left me
frustrated and confused on how they stay in business

Food average. Not worth the price. Nice place but TERRIBLE service. Hour and a half to get a drink. Hole (yes I mean hole and not whole) experience took an unenjoyable 3 hours

Wish I had read the more recent reviews for this place prior to going, and although the staff tonight tried to make up for this evenings meal, I would be remiss in not providing a review.
Amex Platinum gives a $100 credit for a Resy recommended place so I thought this may be an opportunity for a good high-end discounted meal.
$100 is not enough.
Started with a 10 min wait at the table just to be noticed. Asked for the wine list - eventually getting the full wine list- and the attention of the sommelier. Told him what we had selected for our entree and personally he recommended a great paring. That is of course based upon the expected outcome of the main.
Little mix up on the two glasses of white we wanted prior to the main (one was red) but that was quickly corrected. Had meatballs appetizer which was tasty but not worth $25
For the main we chose their signature seafood platter for two at $165.
And disappointment was an understatement.
Cooked oysters were overdone. Lobster tails were overcooked unless you enjoy a rubbery texture. Shrimp was similar to the lobster.
The mussels were for the most part cooked well.
We continued to eat on the off chance that we would find something enjoyable but gave up when we looked at the lobster legs that were included. First lobster legs have no meat worth pursuing and the meat attached to them is where I have a disagreement with the manager and the chef
What I saw, looked alot like lobster gills which is not recommended for consumption. I was told it was just flakey meat and the charred green stuff on the underside was charred herbs. Even if it was not what I thought it was why would it be charred..... by default that means the lobster was overcooked. Btw why char lemons??
At the end, they ended up taking $50 off for the lobster and threw in a free chocolate cake. Bill was $350 until we spotted a mistake on one of the glasses of wine. $60 instead of $16.
The staff tried to make amends but at the end of the day I saw no remorse from the kitchen noting our table was directly facing them.
Im sorry to add to the growing list of negative reviews for this place but had to.
The only upside here is that this could be a great choice for one of those Gordon Ramsey restaurant rescue episodes.
Given the limited scope of menu choices and the number of kitchen staff one would have expected more.
We passed Benihanas on the way to the hotel and my fiance lamented not going there. Personally I would have taken Taco Bell

For a very expensive meal the food was quite lacking. I feel like their vibe is trying to be a Mastros lookalike but their food quality, portions, service and ambience is absolutely not up to par. I would not recommend

You server was outstanding. She was making most of the drinks at the bar and waited on our table. She did not miss the beat!

I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you for the exceptional experience you provided to my VIP clients during their recent visit. From the warm, attentive service at the door to the beautifully prepared dishes, everything was truly outstanding. They felt incredibly well taken care of, and the quality of the food and hospitality made a lasting impression. I appreciate the care, professionalism, and detail you put into hosting them—it reflects wonderfully on your restaurant and makes it very easy for me to recommend you to others.

Started off with not having the wine we wanted. Then we ordered only to find out 2 of their steaks on the menu, were not available. I then ordered a fillet med-rare and it came out beyond well done! There are no excuses for these type of mistakes for an established restaurant.
