Our waitress was Charlie tonight. She was informative, accurate and knowledgeable. Our food was spot on and delicious! The fig and Brie was delicious and the chicken parm WOW! The paste is tender and flavorful. The lasagna was cheesy and full of flavor. I just wish the lasagna had some crust or “burnt edges”. We skipped on wine although it was a great wine selection. The manager was busy and attentive to his staff and an ear shot if we needed help. The hostess was pleasant and welcoming. Music was low enough to converse. Was DEFINITELY a treat! Ohhh the meatballs antipasto is A MUST! We are here from Vegas to relax and this was DEFINITELY a great food choice!

Ate dinner here with a group of girls and our kids for Valentine's day and the staff was so attentive and accommodating! Jemar was especially amazing - never an empty water at the table and every food recommendations was delicious! Cannot wait to come back!

EVO Old Town was hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm, stylish, and elevated without feeling stuffy — the perfect mix of lively and intimate. The lighting, music, and overall vibe make it such a great spot for a night out or a special dinner.

Our server, Jamar, provided probably the best service I’ve ever had. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. Every recommendation he made was spot on, and he made the whole experience feel seamless and special. You can tell he truly cares about guests having an amazing time.

The food was absolutely top-notch. Everything we ordered came out beautifully presented and full of flavor — fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and clearly crafted with intention. It’s the kind of place where every dish feels like a standout, not just one or two.

We also had the pleasure of meeting Samantha, the GM, who was an absolute gem. She checked in on our table and made us feel so taken care of. You can tell the level of hospitality here starts at the top and carries through the entire team.

Always the very best. From the staff (Matt) to the food to the atmosphere! It’s just our favorite little gem in Old Town. Customers for life.

The pizza was unreal. Easily top five pizzas I have ever had in Scottsdale, maybe Arizona. Perfect crust, balanced sauce, high quality ingredients. The kind of pizza you keep thinking about the next day.

The meatballs were phenomenal. Tender, flavorful, and clearly not an afterthought. Order them. Non negotiable.

Drinks were excellent, prices were surprisingly reasonable, and the atmosphere was exactly what you want in Old Town. Fun, lively, energetic without being chaotic. Great spot whether you are on a date, with friends, or just grabbing food before a night out.

Service was fast, friendly, and dialed in. Food came out quick, drinks stayed full, zero complaints.

And whatever that cheesy honey bread or sweet bread situation is called… absolutely off the charts. One of those items you order once and then can never not order again.

Amazing food, great vibes, solid prices, and a team that knows what they are doing. EVO is officially in the regular rotation.

Met friends we see only once every two years or so ... EVO turned out to be a great place to reunite. Service was exceptional and the food all well prepared and everyone really enjoyed their meals and appetizers. All & all a great evening.

Great meal and gracious service. Delicious salads, pizza and homemade pasta. We will be back.

We sat outside and the weather was beautiful, and when it got cooler the heaters kept us comfortable. Our waiter, Jemar, was awesome. He greeted us, asked if we had been there before, and made us feel very welcome on our first visit. We started with the whipped feta dip, which was delicious, and the pairing with the apples was phenomenal. We shared the spinach ravioli and loved it, while one of us had the chicken Alfredo and another had the fennel sausage pasta, which was so good we did not even get a chance to try it. We really appreciated that Jemar pointed out where the restrooms were, something most servers do not do, and as a thoughtful touch for us as new customers, he brought free tiramisu, which was very good.

This is now one of our favorites in Scottsdale. The food was delicious but Oyuky our server was OUTSTANDING. She was so polite, insightful towards the menu and all around a pleasure to talk to. She had recommendations from the menu and the focaccia was easily one of the best dishes we've had. On top of that, the vibe was a great modern hip style and had a great aesthetic all around.

ordered shrimp and lobster tortellini. fish came out in bowl with what looked like large ravioli. asked waiter and he said this was the chefs version. could not find any lobster. thought I was eating sausage but waiter said it was the shrimp. sauce was very spicy not Italian. don't think chef is Italian or knows how to cook Italian dishes.very disappointed.
