What a great place! Their Caesar salad is one of the best I have ever had, absolutely life changing!!! The staff was very friendly and tentative and food came out in a timely manner. Ambiance is very low key and a great place for families!

I so loved the ambiance.. It was relaxing to go out and be able to enjoy each company in a peaceful setting.. The food also was delish. Servers were wonderful and knowledgeable about the menu item. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food and service was exceptional! The fresh homemade pasta was delish! I had the chicken and prosciutto cappelletti, it was amazing! I was so glad I had a piece of the homemade focaccia left to scoop up the last bit of the yummy sauce from my dish. Oh and the Caesar salad was one of the best Caesar salads I've ever had. The cocktails were top notch, quality ingredients and lovely. Very nice atmosphere, classy while still welcoming and comfy...we had a larger group and we felt like we could stay and chat for another drink to sit and enjoy our company.

The most authentic Italian food in Phoenix!Haven’t tasted this level of pasta in years! The restaurant is quite basic - and exemplifies the food as to fundamental beginnings - all natural and organic! The temperature which often is forgotten with food served cold - proves the professional approach of the chef working diligently in the back!!Kudos!!So very refreshing finding this gem in the desert!!

A little disappointing. They had limited bar service the evening we went. They also ran out of a couple of dinner selections. Good was good but for the price we have definitely had better. Server did not ask if I wanted a to-go box (which I did want) and took food away while we were in the middle of a conversation at the table.

We enjoyed delicious meal - a special treat of gnudi which was delicate and flavorful. Short rib lasagna and meatballs and a cannolo. Ralph was our server - he did a wonderful job and we were welcomed warmly as always. Truly a favorite spot time after time.

We went for Valentine's Day and I was truly disappointed. The bread was really the best part. The main dishes were not that good, the drinks were not good and not to mention they ran out of mashed potatoes. Not the Valentine's Day dinner I wanted to give to my girlfriend and it missed the mark in a lot of ways for nearly $400. The atmosphere is going for romance, but could be seen as too dark and gloomy without the right tone from the waiter and music.

If you view my review history, you'll see that I almost always give 5 stars because I genuinely don't want to damage any businesses. This was a very odd experience. It started with the place being eerily quiet, with soft live piano music in the background (it was not romantic). Our waiter was very friendly but made numerous mistakes throughout the dinner. The bread they brought was incredible and got our hopes up. We then got a lifeless Caesar salad with wilted lettuce an overly-anchovy flavored dressing and rock-hard croutons. Crispy brussels sprouts were extremely good. I ordered a lukewarm bolognese that had barely any meat, but the freshly made pasta was cooked well. My partner had a seafood linguine with scallops and she liked it. We ended with a bland panna cotta that was akin to eating a children's pudding. They tried a hail mary attempt to bribe us with a after-dinner aperitif to leave a good review. Whoever owns the restaurant is likely a very pretentious person, as the restaurant masquerades as a Michelin-esque restaurant with juvenile dish preparations.

Disappointing. First we had to pre pay for a reservation for a place that is empty. Appetizer came with main course. Calamari was like eating straws. Italian restaurant serves spaghetti without a spoon. No espresso in an Italian restaurant. Cannoli tasted like chalk. Top it off with a bill that suggests 20/25/30 percent tip. Skip this place

Support Local! We had a delicious meal at Famiglia. Our server, Ralph, was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us suggestions and answered our questions in detail about the menu options. The food was delicious, fresh and flavorful. We will definitely be back.

We had the scallops and seafood linguine and they were delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and was very knowledgeable about all the menu items. Overall, it was a good experience and we won't hesitate to return.

We loved the romantic setting and our server was very aware of letting the meal unfold. We felt cared for and not pressured. It was a wonderful first time. Food was excellent and we look forward to the spring menu!

Another fantastic restaurant discovered. Food is authentic and excellent. Great service and presentation! Location is a bit misleading in terms of ambiance of the area matching the quality of food and service. Will be back!

We were so fortunate to find Famiglia last year as we were staying across the street. We loved it so much that we ate here 3 nights during our 7 night stay. Hence we returned this year in 2024 and here we are again at night 3. (Probably going for 4 tomorrow). We have dined with reservations as well as just walking in and eating at the bar while enjoy conversation with the manager and restaurant owner. The menu changes slightly each day with some new fresh surprise. I am addicted to the Straw and Hay Bolognese. A simple and homemade recipe that has never disappointed. Another staple is the fresh made focaccia bread drizzled with olive oil and rosemary. My wife and I cannot wait for our next experience!!!
