Federico's Mexican Food

I used to go here always, since I work in the area. I bring my dog to work with me, since she is a service dog. I dont have a vest for her, those are dumb, and not real, you can buy them off amazon. Its not a real indicator of a service dog. I dont carry the letter I have I walked my dog over with me to grab a burrito. The girl at the front desk was instantly rude, told me without the vest I am not allowed to order. I told her i just want to ordee to go, she gave me more attitude, said she wont take my order. Its a shame you lost a customer, who at one point was going there twice a week, all because of how rude the front desk girl is.

No good customer service at all,the short Mexican young lady is arrogant,food is cold and salty, seems like a left over was pour into my container, you can count the meat( no more than 8pcs and plenty of soup)tossed it away, will never come back…adios!!!!!8/31/25 10:15am, order was menudo to go….

Great Food and service

I would highly recommend the chicken enchiladas or Mar y Tierra burrito to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. Whether you’re a fan of Mexican cuisine or just looking for something new to try, these plates are a must!

Went through the drive through with my dog and when I opened up our meals for dinner they had put a little shredded chicken in for my dog. You guys are awesome! The tacos were fantastic as well.

Order food through the app, which had a problem and automatically made you select beef instead of anything else in my case chicken. I cannot eat red meat. The manager argued with me, made us drive back and forth 3 times to fix it instead of just fixing it the first time. Wasted gas, wasted time, wasted food, will never eat here again because of how horrible we were treated.

Let’s say the best carne asada around. I have never written about how good the food is. Today is the day,. Super Nacho with Steak supremely awesome. Pork green chilly burrito oh my. The price point is right for the quality. It is great. Keep up the good work. We will see you soon. Sorry about the photo, it did not stand a chance.

Pay your workers better

Cashier was very rude. She decided to tell me that almost all of the menu was not available. I could only order tacos, and I only could order 3 types of tacos.
I never understood why a restaurant would be open and you can only order one item off the menu. It just seems like lazy staff and bad customer service. If these people don't wanna work, you probably shouldn't have them on your staff. They are there to do a job, not turn business away. I was a first time customer and I will never be a customer again. Tacos were mediocre at best, and the atmosphere was poor

Agua de horchata muy mala pura agua con azúcar tuve k comprar otra agua pero de jamaica el baño de damas limpio pero no tienen papel nisiquiera toallitas para secar las manos ni cubre asientos

I love this place! I have eaten here several times and everything is fresh. Very clean inside and the girl running the front counter is so friendly and helpful.
