The franchise owner is so cheap. They don't do the daily dollar deals except Tuesday. And the tacos on Tuesday are practically empty.

Filiberto’s said they close at 12 I just got off of work and drove to them specifically because they said they were open I get to Filiberto’s at 11:20 and they told me that they were closed 40 minutes before they said they were I understand I was coming last minute but if you’re closing at 11:20 you need to update your hours to say you’re closing at 11 I went out of my way last night to be told we’re closed even tho they shouldn’t have been bad customer service I don’t recommend this filibertos at night time you will get bad customer service

I just ordered the Chile rellono plate from Filiberto's at Indian Bend and Pima road in Scottsdale. I received 4 orders of flour tortillas and No Chile Arellano plate! This was my dinner for a Thursday night! No rellanos, 4 orders of flour tortillas! Terrible service and stupidity!
By the time I got home 3 miles away the tortillas in each one of my burritos were

Can't believe that people actually eat at Filiberto's. I love Mexican food and have eaten in many Mexican restaurants in southern California. I don't know understand why Arizona Mexican restaurants do not come up to par with the any of the California Mexican restaurants quality, taste or service. Filiberto's is close to my home so my wife and I decided to give it a try. The service was lousy the guy behind the counter acted like he didn't understand English and had to speak with the chief about every item I ordered. When we received the food, it was cold, tasteless it was very hot (HEAT) like it was mixed with habanero peppers. My wife likes spice food but she could not tolerate it. We got up and left the food on the table.

Ordered one bean and cheese burrito and a carne asada burrito. They did not give me the bean and cheese and made the carne burrito chicken. $25 i'll never get back :/

Carne Asada fries are pure garbage! I ordered them on a delivery app. They were like human waste, diarrhea, or just a dirty diaper. Shameful and I'd be embarrassed to serve the to anyone! This is the worst item I've ordered online, food wise! Do not order this for delivery. It sounds good but it's terrible!

My bacon breakfast burrito was enormous and I could only eat half. I saved the rest for lunch. The lady at the drive-thru window was very friendly and cheerful in the morning. A good way to start the day!

Every now and then I come back to Filaberto's. This usually reminds my why I stay away.I ordered 2 beef tacos ? . These are deep fried and it felt like I drank a quart of oil eating these.I get it. This is possibly great hangover food but the grease is not for me.

The worst filibertos in the valley. Food is not consistent with the other locations. Portions are small compared to all the other ones I've gone to, flavors off. I've lived in Central, South and West phx, Tempe, Mesa. Scottsdales though, damn it's disappointing everytime. 3 times your out. It looks cute though, clean. Organized. However the most important ingredient is your food and portions and whoever runs this location is very stingy with it. I can usually split my food into 2 meals, not here. Barely filled my burro bowl.
