Either they don't toast their buns or they didn't toast mine .. bun was cold like they just pulled it out of a bag . Dissapppointed as can be for the price and the hype that that's a noble bun but now that I see pics of others burgers are very much toasted so they just skipped the most important part for texture which pisses me off so much.

I used to go here monthly for the Lamb tartare, it was amazing but they took it off the menu, I won't go back until it's back on the menu

Solid above average food. Brussel sprouts were really on point for an appetizer as well as the macaroni and cheese. Thete is a nice cheesy grits on the side dish menu that I liked as well. For dessert we tried the tiramisu which was really large and quite sweet for a tiramisu. Tiramisu is one of my all-time favorites. I've never had one even close to this sweet. So this was a disconnect for me.
Overall, These guys use quality ingredients and put out a good plate of food. It's not a place I'm going to be craving non-stop, but will definitely be back.

Update: Jan 25, our third time here and the food is not as good. Everything was average except for the croquetas. Service was still top notch
It’s our second meal here since moving to Scottsdale a few months ago. Dishes executed perfectly, great service and atmosphere.

I was so anticipating this place because for ratings were so high. The Hush burger was just meh, the bacon wrapped dates were good but not as flavorful as I've had other places but hey! The bacon was crispy that wrapped the dates!! I love orange margaritas and they did make a good one. The crispy brussel sprouts were pretty greasy. Fries were cold but crispy.

Hidden in an otherwise un-noteworthy shopping plaza, you'll find a gem of a spot, Fire At Will. It brings a fusion of Italian, Spanish and even a little Middle Eastern to Paradise Valley.
Once you walk through the doors, you'll almost forget that you're in the burbs. They've done a fantastic job transporting you through decor and vibe to a wonderful night out. The menu is a bit eclectic, and I didn't have the easiest time finding items that spoke to me, personally. But there were a few dishes that caught my attention.
For this visit, we started with little gem salads, and we tried the bolognese and burger...with a side of frites! The salads were fresh and plentiful. The pasta dish was tasty but smaller in size than we expected. And the burger was huge and memorable.
Service was impeccable, and the food came out fast. For two starters, three mains and one side - no drinks or desserts - the meal was about $140. So a bit on the pricey side but nothing extraordinarily bad.
Thanks for the good eats, and see you next time!

We came to this restaurant because of all the five-star reviews online and because one friend of ours thought it was good, perhaps we hit a bad night so much depends on who's in the kitchen. We order branzino, two of us and it sure didn't look like any Branzino I've ever had. Branzino is usually served as a filet it's not a tall thick fish which this was in addition it was overcooked dry and as our guests commented flavorless. The Capers and a ton of squeezed lemons gave it a bit more appeal. The Bolognese tasted more like spaghetti had very little meat in it and we had to send it back to be warmed up because it was almost cold . The best thing we had with potato chips

My friend and I came here during restaurant week for an early 5:30 dinner. I had made reservations through the website (Tock). Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated. The atmosphere and vibe was all nice, trendy, with a long bar, long high top tables and regular tables with an open kitchen. Amy our server introduced herself, she was excellent through out the evening, very attentive.
We ordered cocktails to start which we loved. My friend ordered off the restaurant week menu, starting off with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, then the Grilled Salmon and ended with the Chocolate Tiramisu. I opted to order off the regular menu the Salt Spring Mussels and Caesar Salad. The food all came out looking good and tasting good. My friend was very happy with her restaurant week choices. My Caesar Salad was good though it could of used some anchovies as Caesar Salads recipes call for. My Mussels were OK, the broth was very good, but the mussels themselves were very small and I had a lot of empty shells with no meat to be found at the bottom of the bowl. With that said for the cost at $28., that is pretty steep. I did take notice that the $18 Burger was just a burger, the $32 Lobster Roll was just that. Yes the food is good but is it worth all the hype and price.
Check it out yourself! Atmosphere: nice and trendy. Service: excellent. Food: good

Nice vibe! Ambiance is upscale, clean, and classy. Our bartender, Jackson, was exceptional. We'll be back!
My wife and I split the shrimp ceviche, with IMO was some of the best ceviche I've ever had. Flavors were fresh and the spice was just right. It's on the spicier side. We also split the Italian chopped salad and the burger. Both were very good and generous portions. The ceviche stole the show. Service was very attentive. They asked if we wanted to move to a more private table, which we did. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Came for the first time. Had:
lamb tartare---was delicious
french onion dip---my husband liked it (I just don't love tons of onions)
Mac and cheese (this is where my mistake was----it is dark in the restaurant and my reading vision is not as great as it used to be. they offer a "add lobster" option. I thought it said the price went up to $28 when you added the lobster---still high, but I thought I'd try it. NOPE. It's ADD $28 to the price. Making an appetizer (small plate) lobster mac n cheese $44!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mentioned this to the manager (?) and she offered no recourse. It was not even especially tasty. I had told my husband that I didn't really like it, but didn't want to cause a scene by sending it back. I mentioned this to the manager when I realized how much I paid for the item; she said I should have told them earlier.
Overall, I would say the restaurant is attractive. I've heard the burger is very good and would consider coming back to try it. The prices are very high; you really can't get an entree for less than $30-40. Maybe that's just how it is now. The service was very good---we sat at the bar and our bartender was very attentive and food and drinks were served quickly.

Everything we ate was incredible and amazing. I didn’t think another burger in the PHX area could compete with Aftermath but one bite of the Hush Burger and I was asking after who?
