The most ridiculous situation I've ever seen! There are no customers but my husband and myself, and two people behind me. It took the person behind the counter five minutes or more to make my husband's pizza. While he was making the pizza there was one person standing waiting to put it in the oven and another person standing at the beginning of the line flattening pizza dough for the next customer, which would have been me. Instead he just rolled out pizza dough kept his headphones on and was drinking soda from a cup that did not have a lid right there on the line. I know that doesn't sound like much but the health department would have a blast with it. I asked for a large salad to go and they did not have large salad containers so they put my salad into small containers. I had to ask him four times to make my cheese crisp. By this time the couple that was behind me left. The only one that was really doing any work was the one who was putting together my food who didn't know how to do that or for some reason asked me three or four times what was that again. I know pot is legal in Arizona but come on dude smoke after your shift. And then I waited a very long time for my cheese crisp and it was raw. The dough is still raw I'm going to have to cook it myself here at home.

Pizza was some of the worst i've ever had. I've had better frozen pizza from Walgreens. Got it for me and my 4 year old and even he didn't like it. What kind of child doesn't like pizza? I've never seen him turn down a slice. Ordered one spicy one not and neither were spicy. Absolutely no sauce on the pizza. Who makes pizza without sauce? But they charge for extra sauce on the side? This is what happens when you build a chain pizzaria that only services rich neighborhoods. You can get away with mediocracy and charge a la carte to make it actually descent. Literally a Chuck E Cheese pizza with better branding. And my crust was burnt. I'm a Chef by trade and I've been doing this a long time. This pizza was garbage, bland, and unfulfilling. Not to mention it is well overpriced. Do better. Hire an actual Pizza Chef. And for god's sake, put sauce on the damn pie.
Place has bad service, lady was arguing with me on the phone about a simple Uber Eats order. I would recommend going elsewhere

Fired Pie is my favorite pizza, and I have eaten at 6 different locations: Scottsdale (4), Phoenix (1), and Mesa (1). The service is generally fast, lots of sause and toppings choices, and the salads are good, too. Prices are good for the quality of the ingredients. If you like thin crust pizza, Fired Pie is an excellent choice.

Love the Mediterranean pizza, we've visited this place several times & loved it each time! Very reasonable prices! I highly recommend for pizza & salad!

So they have a free pizza for Veterans Day every year. this year it's on Friday the 10th--NOT Veterans Day. so if you're a working vet it's meaningless. also it's 11-3pm so not for working vets. disappointing. an essentially a meaningless offer.
I placed an online order and showed up 20 minutes later. My order hasn’t even been started. I come back in 10 minutes later and am told it is going in the oven. I come back 5 minutes later and my pizza is sitting on the rack still not in the oven (no pizzas in the oven). I then wait another 10 minutes for them to cook it and finally give me my food. So overall, it took me 45 minutes to get me food when the restaurant was completely empty

We had the Hawaiian pizza and The southwest salad. Both were delicious and filling. I loved the thin crust pizza!
