Probably the slowest and most frustrating food experience of my life. Really shouldn’t expect much when the entire staff is a bunch of 16 years olds that don’t care.

Waited for 30 mts; realized the pizza is sitting iniside to togo/grubhub area. Name was not called; staff was super busy could not even answer me. Seems too many grubhub orders; so staff does not have time to service mall customers.
After multiple asks, my pizza is given, and it is cold.

I experienced some of the worst customer service today. She or any of her staff wouldn’t give me her name. She wore glasses. She was very rude and frustrated because she didn’t pick the right crust. I understand customer service could be hard but being disrespectful to customer leave a back impact on your establishment. This has left me with a bad taste for fired pizza and I’m pretty sure i wont be returning

Didn’t see gloves used when putting my toppings on my pizza, my pizza was undercooked too and pretty cold. Don’t recommend this location. Worker kept putting his bare hands in the new bacon tray he pulled out from storage to refill the empty one. I hope no one gets food poisoning from this place, be careful.

OMG the pizza is delicious there. I love their cauliflower crust. The toppings are fresh and on point. Best spot to eat after work ??

Went to this location recently the pizza tasted fine. It was just an overall depressing experience. Staff look like they are at a funeral. Not welcoming and seem to have little to no interest working there. The lack of any kids option is disappointing considering it is at a mall.

Cashier ringing out people was rude. Wasn’t even that busy at all. But I had to wait 22 minutes for my pizza. That was sat in a warmer bc they refused to say or Pronounce my name (I guess). But I did see customers after me get their orders. Didn’t think a fire open took 20 minutes. But if you hate your job and your life. That is not my fault nor is it my problem. No offence.

Don’t eat here. Fully watched the guy putting pizzas into the oven dig for gold so hard. Didn’t wash his hands. Food was burnt, and unevenly cooked. They don’t swap out gloves either, cross contamination.

Decent pizza, especially for the price. You can order off the menu, or customize your pizza with whatever toppings you want. Good option for when you're hungry at the mall and don't feel like having to go home and cook. It's in a cramped, noisy mall food court - so you might be better off grabbing it when you're leaving and just eat at home. Meaty Italian pizza was really good! We also had the Mediterranean veggie pizza and had them add chicken ?

It is no free soda refill. It was all right but I’ll not return - other places that offers free iced tea and soda refills.
So funny enough when my husband and I went ring shopping ? I got the pizza with the blue cheese like stuff and pepper ? and since it's been a 3 year tradition to come back here and get that same pizza! It's awesome and highly recommended!

First time for Chicken pesto pizza. Did not skimp on toppings, got what I was expecting for the price. Very tasty. Went on a weekend and food court was packed with long lines. This is definitely one of the more busy places but employees handled the pressure well and even though I had to wait awhile as the pizzas are made to order, I got the pizza in good time.

Ordered my food at 8pm and was told it would be ready at 8:30
only to arrive and they are closing early and my order was never made ,
website says 9pm but they close at 8:30 even then my order should of been prepared
