Absolutely the worst service ever. Every single staff member was rude and unhelpful. Couldn't even answer simple questions without having an attitude. I really enjoy pizza here but I will never buy from this location ever again. Staff is way too rude and aggressive absolutely ridiculous.

I should have known to expect low-quality standards from a mall food court but had higher expectations for this particular location. I walked up when there wasn't a line formed and waited about 5 minutes until someone finally greeted me to take my order (employees had been chatting in the kitchen this whole time).

Began to place my order and noticed both female employees had their hair in ponytails, one of which kept flicking her hair back around her shoulder... Loose hair around exposed food should have been my next red flag. It would be helpful to have signage regarding which condiments are available at this location like others - listened to the customer behind me ask what each topping item was.

Pizza was ready about 12 minutes later and employees seemed annoyed to have to be there. Subpar service and experience.

Ordered 3 pizzas online and paid ahead of time. Arrived 20 minutes after placing order and waited 5 minutes before they asked what we were waiting for. Told them the name and was told they hadn't started it but would get it started now. Another 5 minutes go by while 2 of the workers casually walk around and 1 is making orders. Saw them finally look for the order then they started helping people that turned up even though there wasn't a constant line. Waited another 20 minutes before being asked again for the name of the order then they went back to the computer to write the order down (even though other online orders were being printed from a separate terminal, completed and picked up while we were waiting). The girl writing it apparently wrote it wrong, crumpled up the paper, laughed with another coworker and started helping someone that showed up. At this point it has been almost an hour from placing the order so we ended up telling them to just ignore the online order and we would order there in store to which they said they would help the 2 people that had just showed up. Pizzas ended up being burnt when we finally got them.

Ordered a margarita pizza or whatever, don’t care to check the proper spelling, some incompetent female YN couldn’t speak up and ask if there was anything else i wanted on the pizza and furthermore i doubt she even knew what was to go on the pizza.. Essentially i paid 14$ for a cheese pizza, and i almost threw it away but my coworker stopped me lmfao do better cause my 4 years of cooking experience would make you fire your whole staff.

I guess I shouldn’t complain after reading reviews and STILL deciding to eat here. Making the pizza was good, they complied with everything I asked. Waiting for the pizza was horrible, we paid for our pizzas and even told them our name to call. After 20 mins and hearing them call other names out repeatedly, I told my husband to check on our orders progress. He came back less than a minute with our luke warm pizzas! He asked them why they are calling everyone’s names but not ours when it was ready. They said sorry with no explanation. Listen to reviews is all I can say.

First time customer...well almost. Simply stated, I can't recall a worse experience. Communication skills were nonexistent. I ordered a pizza that sat on the counter for nearly 30 minutes without ever being rang up let alone making it into the oven. This after I was told it would only be 10 minutes for my order to be ready. Won't be back.

I ordered online for pickup and ordered the pepperoni and mushroom pizza. I get a text saying that it’s ready and the employee said they were barely placing it in the oven after ordering it 25 minutes ago. I then pick it up and It had no mushrooms although I paid for that. I ignore because I had no time to go back. As I’m eating the last slice there are strings of sharp plastic inside the slice. I had to spit out what was in my mouth because it was sharp. I am in shock and can’t believe how careless the workers are.

Don't order from here. Even if its close to closing they take your money and then don't refund it for over a week. I doubt if I walk in there they will give me free food for a week so stay away
