The service was fast and easy, it made my little ones actually eat something besides McDonald’s and I enjoy the food too. The place was overall really clean and tidy. 10/10 I know I am going to come back!

Fast and friendly staff, large seating area, clean bathroom, a Coca Cola Freestyle machine for a plethora of drink options, delicious subs, chips, deserts, and not to mention chili. Definitely would recommend for a quick bite to eat, very satisfying experience.

Vegetarian options: Has pescetarian and vegetarian options, like a tuna sub or potato soup.

Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for different dietary preferences and needs.

Parking: Lots of open spots, easy to access.

Kid-friendliness: Very kind friendly, the restaurant has fireman attire for kids to play with and take pictures in.

I went to firehouse subs, I've never had a bad experience and the food's always been excellent. This time, the staff was very unattentive, and I had to wait almost 5 minutes before being waited on even though there was no other customers in the place.
The place looked dirty. The tables were dirty. The food was so so I won't be going back to that one.

Customer service was non-existent. Seemed like the new guy didn't want to be there, and the guy training the new guy definitely did not want to be there.

Ordered on the app. On arrival, they hadn't started the order. 2 employees, one working, no urgency what so ever. Snide comment towards me on my way out because I was upset. Not the first problem here. Management needs to address the "chill, who cares" attitude. You are losing the edge.

Placed an order on the app for 11:40. When I get there the associates are letting customers coming in the door the wait is going to be an hour. I asked when my sandwich would be ready and they said about 12:20.

Cassidy and Chance are always great. This location is huge and sandwiches made fresh to order. Don’t forget that they donate to a lot of different fire departments in Arizona.

Absolutely delicious! I came here for my first time, i cant believe ive been missing out working near by for two months! I love quiznos but theres only like 2 left in arizona and im so happy i tried this place, its equal or greater than quiznos, subway is very lame compared to either, firehouse has delicious fresh french bread, turkey bacon ranch sub is delicious and they have minutemade limeade yum! The employees were moderately friendly though took a couple minutes to acknowledge and greet me from when I walked in, I will be returning for the great food!
