Very good sandwiches

Asked the cashier if the meatball sauce can be reduced and want only meatballs , the rest for the sandwich on the side . She said they will do the max to reduce it but the guy whoever was preparing didn’t even bother/ made an effort to shake the meats or a thing to reduce the marinara sauce on it. Don’t say things that you can’t do, it is ok to say you can’t make it. I told him you didn’t even try to do anything about it , just transferred it as you will do for standard meatball sandwich. Ohh also, they haven’t given the other ingredients on the side. The cashier sounded helpful but sorry you didn’t give the right order . This is my fav sub but not anymore this location with this service.

Love the staff here! Took care of me as pregnant woman and that was the highlight of my visit. Extra steamed my meat and offer an extra pickle.

Wow! They were not busy at all, yet I had to wait a full 30 minutes for just one sandwich. Meanwhile, the guys behind me, who ordered four sandwiches, only waited 20 minutes. I guess it makes sense to prioritize the larger orders first. On top of that, there was no ice in the ice machines. It seems that finding good help is challenging these days. I would recommend steering clear of this place. I used to love Firehouse, but it has gone downhill since COVID. The online ordering has made it difficult for them to handle the influx of orders effectively and efficiently.

We love this place! All the menu options we've tried are delicious, they always add extra sauce on our sandwiches when requested, the app is easy to use for ordering, and the service is always great! Highly recommend

Travis handled our transaction superbly. I called in the order to be picked up. He was very professional and kind. The order was ready when we got there. The order was exactly what I ordered. Rare these days. Thank you Travis. He is an excellent employee. The club on a subs are delicious!
