Firehouse Subs Pinnacle Peak

Wow! They were not busy at all, yet I had to wait a full 30 minutes for just one sandwich. Meanwhile, the guys behind me, who ordered four sandwiches, only waited 20 minutes. I guess it makes sense to prioritize the larger orders first. On top of that, there was no ice in the ice machines. It seems that finding good help is challenging these days. I would recommend steering clear of this place. I used to love Firehouse, but it has gone downhill since COVID. The online ordering has made it difficult for them to handle the influx of orders effectively and efficiently.

I was disappointed with the level of customer service provided. Despite greeting the staff with a friendly 'Hello,' there was no acknowledgment or response. It's important for businesses to ensure their staff offers a welcoming and respectful atmosphere to all customers, as this significantly impacts the overall experience

We love this place! All the menu options we've tried are delicious, they always add extra sauce on our sandwiches when requested, the app is easy to use for ordering, and the service is always great! Highly recommend

Travis handled our transaction superbly. I called in the order to be picked up. He was very professional and kind. The order was ready when we got there. The order was exactly what I ordered. Rare these days. Thank you Travis. He is an excellent employee. The club on a subs are delicious!

All the tables are dirty and it wasn’t busy when we came in. Virginia honey ham is way too sweet. Husband couldn’t even eat it. ?

Ordered my food online and when I got there 15 minutes after my pick up time it was not ready. Otherwise everything was great.

Took nearly 30 minutes after my online order was supposed to be ready then waited another 15 just for a cup of mac and cheese which by the way I never got so thanks for wasting my money, don’t go to this one there’s much much better options.

Food here is prepared with as little care and consideration as possible. Meath sliced thick for staff convenience rather than shaved. Buns fridge cold and not toasted. Not even close to the standard for the brand.Pop machine dirty and poorly maintained while malfunctioning today.You have to line up for your food. Wait and wait and wait for your food, go and pick up your food, then clean the table when you’re done and convey all the garbage to the garbage.And for this….they suggest a tip at the time of payment on top of the tax.This is by far the worst Forehouse Subs we have been to Out of a dozen.
